We had a few invoicing hiccups earlier in the relationship and sometimes you do need to be mindful about following up on the very odd refund, but on the whole I'm grateful that they are part of our business. I'd be lost without them.

NPF has been a standout 3PL partner for us. Their barcode-driven system means inventory discrepancies are virtually nil, and their customer service team gets back to us quickly. We’ve had two account managers so far—both switched-on, resourceful and keen to sort things out quickly. The IT crew is just as sharp; any Shopify tweaks are handled almost straightaway. I toured the warehouse recently and was genuinely impressed by how clean and well-organised everything is. In short, NPF delivers the reliability and attention to detail we need so we can focus on brand growth.
Only thing worth noting is we've had some issues with our other brand with large box items and mix ups with SKUs as they items are too big to be processed by their barcode system. Doesn't happen at all with our smaller items though!

We do not recommend NPF Fulfillment as a reliable service provider for the following reasons:

Frequent Packing Mistakes: We encountered numerous errors in the packing of our orders, which caused significant issues for our customers.

Lack of Shipping Proof: There was no proof provided that items were actually sent, leading to confusion and distrust in their service.

Unclear Extra Storage Charges: We were charged extra for storage without receiving clear reports or justifications for these fees.

Incorrect Storage Charges: Individual bags were charged as full pallets, leading to excessive and unjustified costs.

Poor Customer Support: Their customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful, making it difficult to resolve any of the issues we faced.

Overall, our experience with NPF Fulfillment was frustrating and disappointing. We would strongly advise others to consider alternative fulfillment services.

Our financial tribulation with NP Fulfillment peaked when we uncovered spurious charges for storage never utilized. It took months of painstaking scrutiny to unveil this financial quagmire, during which we inadvertently overpaid a substantial amount. The fact that we had to unearth this fiscal misconduct ourselves is both perplexing and infuriating.

4. Delivery Errors:
Despite lofty assurances of an error-reducing electronic system, our clientele faced the recurring disappointment of receiving incorrect items. NP Fulfillment's track record in this regard is not just disappointing; it's an affront.

5. Inbound Issues:
Regrettably, we find ourselves entangled in a predicament where a delivery entrusted to NP Fulfillment has languished for nearly three weeks without integrating into our inventory. The disappearance of a package conspicuously labeled with our vendor's name is not merely infuriating but indicative of an incompetence that defies comprehension.

6. Return Handling Charges:
Charging $5 for each return is audacious enough, but NP Fulfillment's lack of quality control on returned items is beyond egregious. Stained products marked as "OK" were callously resold, triggering a wave of customer complaints that NP Fulfillment seems oddly impervious to.

7. Lack of Assistance:
Basic tasks, such as relabeling items, proved insurmountable for NP Fulfillment's team. Their inability to handle routine matters raises serious doubts about their competence and commitment to client satisfaction.

8. **Comparison with European Fulfillment Center:**
The stark disparity between NP Fulfillment and our European fulfillment center is disheartening. Despite managing over 5000 orders monthly, our European partner commits fewer errors, showcasing a level of support and partnership that NP Fulfillment can only aspire to achieve.

To compound our woes, we are currently mired in a dispute over a delivery that mysteriously vanished within NP Fulfillment's facility. Despite presenting incontrovertible proof of delivery, the case has been unceremoniously closed, leaving us with the disconcerting impression that NP Fulfillment is more inclined to sweep problems under the rug than confront them.

In conclusion, our foray into the realm of NP Fulfillment has been a cautionary odyssey marked by incompetence, apathy, and a blatant disregard for client concerns. We advise any business contemplating their services to exercise prudence, as the litany of failures we've endured is unforgivable for a company operating in the fulfillment industry.

Despite the grand promises of an error-reducing electronic system, our customers were repeatedly subjected to the disappointment of receiving incorrect items. NP Fulfillment's track record in this regard is an embarrassment.

Inexcusably, we currently have a delivery languishing in NP Fulfillment's hands for nearly three weeks, never making it into our inventory. The fact that a package clearly marked with our vendor's name has gone missing is not only infuriating but also indicative of a level of incompetence that is hard to comprehend.

The audacity of charging $5 for each return is surpassed only by the lack of quality control on the items returned. Stained items marked as "OK" were resold, resulting in a cascade of customer complaints that NP Fulfillment seems utterly indifferent to.

Despite providing irrefutable proof of delivery, the case has been callously closed, leaving us with the impression that NP Fulfillment is more interested in brushing problems under the rug than addressing them.

In conclusion, our experience with NP Fulfillment has been a cautionary tale of incompetence, indifference, and a blatant disregard for client concerns. We caution any business considering their services to think twice, as the litany of failures we've endured is inexcusable for a company in the fulfillment industry.

This company increases pricing without telling their customers. They also tend to over charge if you don’t pay attention to your invoices, which we where not entirely happy with. They have hidden monthly quota fees (Penalties) for not meeting 50 orders per month on top of weekly storage and high order handling fees these accumulatively chew into your margins. Their fees are always fluctuating and increasing so it’s hard to run your business when these variable costs are constantly changing without notice. We questioned them about this and an invoice where we learned we had been overcharged and they never responded to our countless emails.. terrible service.
