I had a really friendly, supportive call from the pharmacist. He was thorough in his questioning and very helpful, honest and encouraging. I felt that he was happy to make time for me, listen to my concerns and he gave me a lot of information and advice which has been empowering.

Brilliant Service!
Submitted online enquiry and got a call back a few minutes later to book an appointment! Was seen within a few hours and the team were super supportive and very thorough in their approach!
I was able to have things sorted that same day with a clear plan of action and am really grateful to the team for their help!

Prompt and efficient consultation and service
I submitted my enquiry late Friday afternoon and received contact Monday morning for a consultation.
Very thorough telephone consultation from Amish before approving my prescription request which I received within 48 hours via Royal Mail tracked service - I am very happy with the service I received.

Wow! Excellent customer service. I submitted an email query, had a call back within 30 minutes and a consultation arranged for that evening. Amiss was completely brilliant! Very knowledgeable, very relatable and very professional. Answered all my questions and came up with a plan .... medication was posted out to me the next day. Very happy, totally recommend this service, would have given 10 stars 🌟 if I could.

NowPatient are literally the way forward when requiring medication, from the fast delivery to the attention to detail.
I for one won't be stepping into my local
Pharmacy again anytime soon as I've lost count the amount of hours I've stood inline and waited, only to be told they don't have my medication. Issues I no longer have now that I use NowPatient
