I’ve recently used NowPatient for the first time and I cannot recommend them enough. I have been desperately looking for an item that is out of stock nationally and the team at NowPatient went above and beyond to source the item for me. They kept me up to date throughout the process and the item was dispatched the same day. The staff were so friendly and sympathetic to my situation, they really seem to care which is quite unusual in today’s world. I will definitely be using them again.

My local pharmacy had been struggling to get a prescribed drug for me and was not even able to source the substition. Obviously, I had to pay for them but the cost was not as much as I had thought.
