I have to say for me that NOVOS service suitable and very affordalble VPS (Cloud) provider. There are quite lot of good things like a big network traffic per month, very good offered virtual HW etc. CPU, RAM or disc space with dedicated IPV4/IPV6 address. Novos service is usable for various application. I´m very satisfied with it.

Excellent customer service with fast response. Around 8 months no major technical issues. The cpu ram per dollar is very comparative and budget friendly. Belgium IP may be better for privacy.

I used this service for 1 year ago abd I can tell you that this is the besto on market that oyu can find for money and quality and also stability.All best!!!

The KVM VPS I contracted worked fine and the support was always able to respond to my inquiries. The price was adequate, the performance met my expectations and both IPv4 and IPv6 were supported. I ended up moving to another provider just because their datacenter is far from my physical location, and I needed a lower latency connection.

Bang for the buck. Support answers relatively fast, VPS runs reasonable.
However, suddenly everyone should migrate their VPS to a new solution - thats why I only rate them with 3 stars

I had before i went to novos.be big throubles with other providers, but this provider is so friendly and good... I'm so happy that i bought this server and met martijn. Because it was a dream for me to get a good server in the country where i like to life later perhaps. The Service is awesome since IPv6 Support is there, the pricing is also good for a hosting in a country where like only a few servers exist (It's cheaper than other belgian providers). And the location is also exotic (its Antwerp not Brussel!), and thats another reason why i really like this Provider.

Estoy muy contento con Novos. Contraté en su momento un PowerKVM para trasladar mis servicios desde otro VPS y todo ha funcionado de maravilla desde entonces. Las pocas veces que he tenido que contactar con el servicio técnico por algún motivo éste ha solucionado mis problemas de forma rápida y eficiente. Recientemente han modificado su cartera de productos y debido a la migración estuve un par de horas sin servicio operativo, me compensaron con una extensión gratuita de un par de meses de servicio.

Really highly recommended provider. Price and performance are right here and the service is excellent. You are proactively informed about all issues and helped very quickly. Subscribed for one year minikvm VPS. Was not expecting much, but received even less. Days after installation, 250 GByte bandwidth just disappeared, and VPS fall of the Internet. (I did not use even 250 MByte.) After a while it started to work normal. Then they disabled it for a couple of days. When I complained, they ridiculed me, what did I expect for 16 EUR, and I got 2 days extra credit. Then they migrated the VPS to a new host, and IPv6 disappeared. Support says I should reinstall to make it to work. Thanks, not, that was enough.

Followup: 1. They apologized for their inappropriate reply and offered 6 months free. 2. They say I misunderstood, and reinstall was an option, not a requirement, and offered to fix IPv6. 3. They did not ask to remove this bad review, just want me to be happy and offered 1y free. Too bad I already signed up for a year elsewhere. I modified my rate from 1 star to 2.

I am a sysadmin and I have been using Novos now for almost a year. I came from a different provider and I can tell the difference is huge in terms of service.

As a customer, all you want is peace of mind - and this is exactly what Novos is able to provide. My VPS server was never down, I have the flexibility to re-install the OS whenever I choose, network speed is as promised, and queries with the help desk are being answered in a timely manner (even late at night!)

I also find pricing very competitive. For that, Novos has 5 starts from me.

Only one problem is that if you are accustomed to using Local Disk like me when using with CEPH cluster Networked Disk will be slow, but in return you will be assured because Novos has high availability and data safety. If Novos can further improve drive speed and latency then great. Great offerings! I have been using vps services from different providers. To me personally, NOVOS delivers the best balance between all resources, truly all-in-one vps for every workload.

Also, the customer service is superb! I got one service from Christmas sales first, then grabbed the new year flash sale afterwards. After request, they quickly refunded the old service. Normally tickets are resolved within a day. They have helped me resolve some technical issues. I have enjoyed their service so far!
