These hearing aids, at first seemed promising, however over the next 24 hours of receiving them they stopped working, when reported to the company for exchange, they are asking for a video of the problem. I now read from other reviews that this is the way of frustrating the situation and they don’t plan to honour there policy. Move on from this product as they are junk and getting restitution is impossible.

I order in November its Dec 21, 2025 no product. I have asked for a refund because I am Canadian and with the exchange its alot of money for me. No product no refund. I wrote several times and no response other than and automatic email which tells me nothing.

Here is the last message I got from them saying "they would be in touch with me shortly". Today is February 28

This company cannot be trusted. I canceled my order 2 hours after booking. 4 day’s later they sent the order. I’ve got an email that I could return the goods by arrival. When I did receive it I asked for a return label. That was not possible but they offered me a discount of 50 percent,this was the best they could do. Finally t agreed and thai more than a month ago. And since I have heard nothing. Don’t trust them or their product,which by the way do not have lived up to their promises.
