Helpful staff and an exceptional ring
The ladies at Novita were very helpful in selecting the different features of an engagement ring too surprise my partner. They were also able to have it made within a couple of weeks before we went on holidays. Needless to say, she said yes. People always come to on how beautiful the ring is.

From the moment we came in to look the staff were so helpful! I was one of those people who actually had no idea what I wanted and a few other jewellers really didn’t want anything to do with me when I said that but Novita were so excited to help me find my perfect ring!! The communication from ordering the ring to pick up was seamless and they were all so helpful. When we picked it up, I cried it was so beautiful. It’s been on my finger since March 16th when my partner proposed and to this day I wear it every day and it’s still as beautiful as ever! I recommend Novita to everyone I possibly can, the customer service and communication is excellent!

Looked up online about reasonably priced diamond engagement ring and found Novita Diamonds. They had outstanding reviews online and it turned out to be true. Dhyana was very approachable and not intimidating (as I have felt this on some stores). I chose the ring and diamond on their easy to use website and showed it to her. It was not possible on my short time frame but Dhyana assisted me all the way through on choosing a very similar type of ring and stone that would fit on my time frame. She was extremely helpful in make everything possible and even plotted my schedule and reminded me the procedure. I was very elated that everything went smooth given my short timeframe. Even claming it too was a breeze. The ring was very pretty and my wife liked it very much. Thank you Novita Diamonds for a very memorable experience.

I cannot recommend this place enough! When I first came to speak with Doria, I was immediately impressed. She was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, assisting me in selecting the right size and design for my ring. The end result was nothing short of amazing—it’s a beautiful, perfect ring.
After I proposed, Doria invited us back to go over the ring in detail. Her expertise and attention to detail made the whole experience even more perfect. We have even returned for multiple other purchases!

It was very easy to set up an appointment with a sales person, go and view some diamonds, and the sales person is knowledgeable in helping us choose the perfect ring in our budget. There is also an easy instalment payment plan and communication throughout the whole process. Very happy with the service and the product.
