They made contact regarding a possible problem with our address. Contact again when order was processed and shipped. This is a great feature when dealing with a new company.

Good product

The gift arrived in a timely manner. The item looked exactly as pictured. The recipient was thrilled with the punching bag, and played with it for hours.

Beautiful looking little candles!

Purchased 12 pack battery operated votive candles. They look very cool and romantic when turned on!
Will definitely be buying more soon! The price is also great and well worth it!

Someone Not Paying Attention!

I asked Novelty Place if they could do a special order for me where an item was all one color. I was encouraged to send them an order directly rather than ordering on Amazon, which I did.
While it was explained to me that due to USPS delivery times being delayed it did NOT help that when I got my order it was the STANDARD and not special order I requested. When I asked them to fix it I was told, 'Oh, for that kind of order you'd have to order in quantity.'
As a customer service rep myself for over 11 years somebody did NOT know what was going on here.
The only saving grace was that I did not need to return the order and my charge was refunded.

No delivery. No customer service.

You said you delivered. You didn't. When I try to go figure out where, or why there is no information. If I had known this was a Chinese company, I would have steered clear. I can't stand this lack of accountability and thievery.
