Novella Arvostelua

Liars and thieves.
You'll get neither your product, your money back or a reasonable response from them.

Total scam. Items never arrived. They said they issued a refund, they didn’t and continue to ignore my follow up emails

SCAM do not use, item never recieved and refused to give a refund

The material was so cheap and the colours barely look the same . Do not waste your money on this . Go to another supplier . Not nice

Absolute scam … poor quality… no refund policy… reported to authorities

Complimenti buona pasta e sughi soprattutto il pesto. Gnocchi, trofie, lasagne, ravioli ecc. Gnam. Ciao a tutti

This company deserves to be banned from media. Article took weeks to arrive & is shocking . DO NOT USE THEM.

Ordered the Syrene summer dress. It arrived but poor quality, size is way off (too small)
I checked before I purchased that there was a return option. There was.
In reality the item has to be faulty and only then you can only send to India at your own cost. Even though there's an office in the UK.
I now have a poorly made dress that doesn't fit, that I can't return.
Absolute scam.

would give zero stars. the product i bought is now nowhere to be seen on the website and hasn’t been shipped. i bought this a MONTH ago. most terrible company i have ever bought from and have not got a response from them. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Absolute SCAM responded to initial 3 e mails saying item was ready to be picked up by carrier..still no delivery and now no responses either..DO NOT USE!!!

Biggest SCAM!!! DO NOT BUY!!! 2weeks still not received item…and in the tracking it says attempted delivery in Australia. I am in the UK!!!!! Shouldn’t be allowed to advertise on social media sites!!!! These people are the lowest of the lowest at such a busy expensive time of the year!
