I am surprised by the fit and quality! It is right on with what I wanted but quite frankly didn't expect to receive.

Absolutely terrible experience. They have taken photos from other websites and used it on theirs. The sizing is completely off.
What's ever worse is their so called 'return policy'. They advertise refunds on their website, but when you actually try to return something they do everything possible to avoid it. They ask you to go to the post office to get a return shipping quote, and then after that they offer a pathetic $10 refund - which is no where reasonable given the cost of the item.
This is misleading and feels like a complete scam. Save your money and shop somewhere reputable.

had a horrible experience with Noveify. I spent $178.32 on two dresses that arrived with no size tags on the garments or the packaging. I know they are the wrong size because a friend's size Large fits perfectly, and these do not.

When I contacted customer service for a refund or exchange, they told me that because they are located in China, they would only offer a $10 refund and told me to keep the dresses. This is unacceptable. Do not buy from this site if you expect quality service or accurate sizing.

The dress is of poor quality. Returning is a hassle!

Dress arrived faulty (unwearable) and they offered to refund me $5 or that I could arrange postage back at a cost of $35. After 3 emails of pestering them after no response I don’t feel I will receive a refund if I send it back but the quality of shocking and service almost zero. Don’t buy off them.

trying to get a return/refund is impossible. I made my payment through shop app and Affirm so tried to contact the company directly 3 times first, no reply. then shop to dispute and created a case. no reply. Now affirm to stop payment. 5 attempts till Affirm accepted my dispute. not worth it

I ordered the wrong size and luckily Sara arranged a replacement very quickly, great service!

Terrible quality ! Waste of money ! Avoid !
