If I could give a zero I would. Ordered in October and writing this review and it's nearly February. Tracking said it was delivered and it wasn't. 'Delivered' image down a black screen. Back and forth emails and no resolution. Apparently because it says it has been delivered they cannot do anything about it. DO NOT ORDER!

Terrible

I ordered something over 2 months ago .... money has been taken out and I still haven't recieved anything . I've emailed them on multiple occasions and all I recieve is a generated email again and again

I wish I’d read the reviews before ordering :( bracelet on website looked lovely, ordered for my daughter’s birthday. £30. What has arrived.. I wouldn’t even pay a fiver for.

I ordered a bracelet on the 4th December never received tracking details or an order confirmation but money taken straight away. I contacted them and the said the order was processed and they would contact me with updates. I've received nothing, disgrace of a company.

ordered on 7th December and still hasn’t arrived i’ve emailed they said it had been shipped and will keep me updated on the 13th and they haven’t replied to any emails since and i still have no tracking updates

Still waiting for a bracelet that I ordered on 4th December and was a Christmas present. I have been told that the tracking is working but it clearly is not. Order from someone else, they need shutting down!

Wrong product delivered

Ordered a bracelet for a friend with engraving. No bracelet received for weeks and I emailed to receive a reply there was an unforeseen issue with the original shipment, and the parcel needed to return to their depot for a quality check. Following the inspection, the order was dispatched again. When I received the bracelet, it looks nothing like the bracelet I ordered, the metal tarnished, the engraving on the wrong side and a typo in it! I have emailed to ask what us to be done and radio silence.

SCAM. All products come from China. Low quality items and arrived damaged. No reply via email. Avoid at all costs.

Awful experience. Placed an order on 24th September and it still hasn't arrived. Tracking isn't updating and can't seem to get a response from their customer service. Will be raising a charge back through my bank.

Unfortunately, I would say this company advertises as luxury but items are not luxury. Given the massive price discount I should have believed the old saying "if it sounds too good to be true then it probably is".

Shipping was far longer than promised, but I did receive the items. Quality wasn't the best, but you get what you pay for.

I wouldn't order from here again, nor would I recommend it.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. This company is a complete scam. I had actually looked online before purchasing as I had never heard of them, but didn't check this site. I ordered a bracelet with "Express Shipping" on 23rd Aug 2025. I received no confirmation email. After a week of waiting for the item to arrive, I used the contact form on their website twice and I received no response. I then emailed them on 8th Sept 25 and they assured me that they are "not a scam". The item arrived 16th September 2025! It is not of the quality the website advertises. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

This company advertise luxury items, it is such a scam. I thought I was buying from a company in Manchester not China!
It took 2 weeks for necklace to arrive. I tried to cancel order but they do not reply to emails. I paid £30 for the item, when it eventually turned up it was absolutely rubbish, like it had come out of a Christmas cracker. They advertise on the website to email for a return code, I did and have had no response. Don’t buy from them.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY , THE BRACALET ARRIVED IN A FLIMSIE BIT OF PLASTIC LOOKED TACKY. I CONTACTED THEM STRAIGHT AWAY ASKING FOR A REFUND ADDRESS AS NOTHING WAS ON THERE SITE , IT TOOK OVER 3 WEEKS FOR THEM TO REPLY AS THEY ONLY GIVE YOU 24 DAYS FOR REFUND BY THEN I SENT BACK TO THE ADDRESS ON THE SITE , WHICH WAS WRONG ADDRESS , MEANT TO GO TO CHINA
ITS STILL ON GOING, AS IM STILL WAITING FOR THIS TO BE RESOLVED,

Scam!!! Robbed me of £40.

ABSOLUTE BULLSHIT SITE ! I've been robbed of 72.10 and when contacting them via email I have had NO RESPONSE !!!! YOUR SITE IS BOLLOCKS, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE THEY ARE LIARS AND SCAMMERS !!!

Scam website. Placed order, nothing has come - a month later. No delivery, no response from customer service. Lost £40 pounds.
