Also bei mir kamen mehrere Pakete nacheinander gut an und das ist ja die Hauptsache aber der Kundenservice der ist echt unterirdisch. Also zum Beispiel gehen die dran wenn sie mal drangehen. Meistens gehen sie ja gar nicht ran und sagen ich spreche kein Deutsch obwohl du die Auswahl für Deutsch deutschsprachig ausgewählt hast. Ich spreche kein Deutsch. Sie werden zurückgerufen, der Rückruf erfolgte nie. Meistens geht aber erst gar keiner dran. E-Mails werden überhaupt nicht beantwortet.

The customer service needs to be improved. Called a few times asking about my package, the woman on the phone who was clearly very annoyed by having to attend my phone call. She hung up on me a few times in a row cutting me off in the middle of the question. Very rude, very impolite, very unprofessional.

This is a terrible, dishonest, and deceitful service that allows itself absolute lawlessness! They can easily replace the contents of your parcel or steal it entirely. To cover up their actions, they may even claim to 'utilize' your goods so you never see them again. There is a complete mess and lack of control within the company. Even the management does not react to these crimes. They don't care about customers. Total lawlessness and absolute mess .

Schon mehrfach als Empfänger nutzen müssen . Immer nach Aufforderung vorab bezahlt und Nachweis per Email wie von Novapost gewünscht gesendet. Trotzdem wurde die Lieferung liegen lassen . Ich kann nur den in Deutschland ansässigen Teil bewerten denn bis Deutschland lief immer alles Reibungslos . Danach immer wieder eine Katastrophe. Einer weiß nicht was der andere tut . Mitarbeiter senden unabhängig voneinander Zahlungsaufforderungen ( die sofort mit Nachweis per SofortÜW bezahlt wurden ) zu verschiedenen Zeiten . Dann interessierte der Zahlungseingang keinen mehr . ( "müssen morgen mal in der Dispo nachsehen ob wir das liefern können" ) kotz

Mon coli a été expédié par Nova Post puis Chronopost a effectué la livraison. Le colis était coincé dans un point relais sans information pour pouvoir le récupérer. Heureusement grâce à Nova Post et leur service client, il a pu être expédié une seconde fois et je l'ai bien reçu. Merci à eux pour le suivi et la réactivité de leur service client

Das ist Betrug. Man soll Geld für die Zollgebühren mit Kreditkarte zahlen.
Eine andere Möglichket wird nicht angeboten. Da ich keine Kreditkarte besitze geht das natürlich nicht. Die Kundendienstmitarbeiter versteht man fast nicht.

Hello! I was sent a parcel with documents from Ukraine in the middle of January 2026. The cost of my documents was almost 300 pounds. After 2 weeks of waiting, I was informed that they were lost. I was refunded just with 50 pounds. It was very upsetting, because it took me quite a long time to produce these documents. I wish no one agreed to use Nava Post services. This is the worst company I ever worked with.

Посылка не дошла, курьер расписался в получении, хотя меня не было дома, зато они замучили меня с оплатой пошлины. Лучше бы думали как оплатить ущерб и стоимость пересылки.

Nova Post is the worst postal service imaginable. On 4th March I handed over an important document in an envelope and paid for it. A week later I can’t find my parcel online. I’ve rung them several times but despite their office being in Budapest no one speaks Hungarian or English. The normally very rude female staff pick up the phone and shout “Ukrainian Only”! This is ridiculous. If you can’t speak the local language you should close your office. Please don’t use this absolutely unknown and disastrous service; it will cost you a lot of headaches.

Looking at the other reviews, it's just their business model: making sure packages never arrive.
And their service is the worst.
"It is delivered" - no it isn't
"It was delivered at your neighbors" - no it isn't
"We contacted the carrier and they don't remember where they delivered it" - give me the tracking number to contact them
"We are in contact with them" -

No solutions, just parcels that disappear because Novapost got involved.

Wir haben eine 15 kg schwere und 400€ teure Sendung von Deutschland Stadt Krefeld nach Ukraine Stadt Vinnitsya (Winnyzja) verschickt. Ich habe eine kostenlose Abholung dazu gebucht. Wir hatten anfangs wegen teils schlechten Bewertungen Zweifel aber die Sendung wurde tadellos zugfestellt. Die telefonische Auskunft habe ich mehrmals ohne Probleme kontaktiert. Alles hat gut funktioniert: Anholung, Sendungsverfolgung, Zustellung und Übergabe an der Poststation in der Ukraine an den Empfänder. Ich bin begeistert und dankbar!

Betrüger, Paket anstatt 25 kg angekommen nur die Hälfte.

Mit NOVAPOST Pakete versenden kommen nur nicht an. Werden einfach irgendwo abgelegt und als Zugestellt markiert. Schadensersatz soll der ABSENDER leisten.
Seit Okt. 2025 versuche ich an mein Geld oder die Ware zu kommen also 3 Monate
Service?, Nicht vorhanden!!. Deutschland - keine Antwort. Polen - keine Antwort, Ukraine einige Mails kommen aber dann nichts mehr. Facebook alles von vorne ohne Ergebnis

This is the worst service I’ve ever experienced. They lost my parcel, I provided evidence, and they’ve promised several times to get back to me and sort it out, but they never have.

Kein anderer Anbieter in Deutschland ermöglicht einen so günstigen Versand für private Kunden an die Hausanschrift! Dann nehme ich es auch in Kauf, dass das Paket in der Regel erst nach sieben Tagen zugestellt wird. Wenn es nicht auf Schnelligkeit ankommt, unterstütze ich lieber so ein kleines Unternehmen, da ist sogar jede Sendung sehr genau verfolgbar und versichert. Auch mit dem Kundensupport habe ich positive Erfahrungen gesammelt, telefonisch konnte ich direkt jemanden auf deutsch erreichen.
Mittlerweile muss man das Paketlabel auch nicht mehr selber ausdrucken und den Lieferschein beilegen. Das geht jetzt auch alles ganz unkompliziert per QR-Code im DPD Shop.
Falls ihr eine Nova Postfiliale in der Umgebung habt, verschickt am besten direkt von dort, dann ist der Versand nahezu genauso schnell, wie bei anderen Versanddienstleistern.

Was supposed to recieve a parcel that was a gift and it never arrived. Two weeks passed by of me trying to get some information where the parcel is and when it will arrive, no real information received. Later they backtraced and changed in the website that the parcel was delivered few days ago, even though first time when I checked through tracking, the parcel was indicated as awaiting for delivery even on the days after (when I checked on Jan 6th, the parcel was still awaiting for delivery, when I messaged them again for updates and later checked the website, it now indicated that the parcel was delivered on the 2nd). I received no compensation from them, customer support communication sucks, every time I ask something in English or Lithuanian, they start speaking in Russian. In total I was supposed to get two parcels from them, none arrived and were probably stolen by the currier.

Horrendous! family member send a gift from Ukraine and it never arrived. We found out later this disgusting service of yours sent the pacage that was a gift payed by Sender together with someone's commercial delivery and ended up forcing us to pay for it the money my family already payed. You promised a super fast and secure delivery, and what we got is you sending the gift incorrectly to a UPS warehouse on Cologne for 4 weeks until we payed for it and got it practically a month after Christmas... what a degenerate disaster, so much stress and so much money spend, and we are not getting it back no metter how many complaints we send. Hope your business fails
