I purchased this product from the UK. After ordering it i realised that I had purchased the wrong product. Emailed support and had near instant email responses and they dealt with my error really well and resolved the issue. I found the support team to be knowledgeable and understanding. I notice some comments about poor support, but I cannot fault them. So I am leaving a positive review.

I used the light brown and at first I was only leaving the shampoo on for 10 mins and it wasn’t colouring all the greys but after a few experiments I found if I left it on for 25 mins it was perfect. I had a bit of an issue with the mechanism on my 2nd bottle but customer services have been helpful and are sorting it out. I will definitely keep using - kinder on my hair than dye.

This website is an absolute scam. I purchased this shampoo and firstly it would not mix, only the clear side was coming out. Secondly it stained everywhere! I have complained to customer service and they haven’t bothered to reply. Do not use this company.

When nova hair came out the natural oils were the things I liked. The nova team has been very unprofessional completely changing the formulation to a much more chemical oriented formula without publicising it. I usually bulk order but now thinking of an alternative. I hate being tricked.

I used this product and it was very impressed. Will defo buy on a regular basis!

The product didn’t mix and even after a lot of shaking, the product was still patchy so a lot was wasted. The gloves were both just single pieces of plastic so completely useless and the application was followed 100% and they didn’t even come close to covering the grey even though I ordered dark brown!

I’d like a full refund.

Have already spoken to customer service about the hair colour I tried the shampoo to the specified instructions and the results aren't as it states to be they told me that I didn't need to return the product so can you please I'm not very technical and don't know how to send a photo can you tell me how else I could get my refund thank you very much please get in contact

It arrived with a broken brush and and vandalised package

This is not the real account. You need to google the official website. This is the cheap knockoff. I’ve tried to get my money back and they told me to send it to the return address in the UK. They’re now saying it should’ve gone to America and they’re refusing to give me back money. Be careful of this scam.

Great Product, I have had some issues with the dispensing mechanism - however I sent a support request and they got back to me with some ways to counter the issues within a couple of hours.

Not a good product leaving black patches on your skin

I used the medium brown all over my hair. It blended perfectly, covering all the grey, leaving my hair soft and shiny. I will definitely buy the shampoo again.

Used for the first time. I only did the roots with the medium brown and it blended perfectly with my hair, covering any greys and all in ten minutes. Will definitely buy again.

NovaHair is the best dye to date. So easy to apply and use, with no mixing, no brushes or bowls. Just apply shampoo wait specified time and wash out, saving so much time. Excellent product.

I only did my roots and one pot only lasted 3 goes. Quite messy and runny

Was a bit skeptical because other dyes haven’t worked great for me in the past, but genuinely very happy with the results of this product. I would recommend leaving it in slightly longer than it says on the box, but definitely the most natural looking dye I have tried. So glad to finally find one that actually works!
