NOVACAR Arvostelua

nooit meer Novocar!! Zouden binnen 2 weken mijn borg op rekening storten nu 3 maanden verder nog steeds niets. en als je belt wordt er opgehangen. Een oplichters bedrijf

Never trust this company, till now they did't refund my deposit even.

After the first rent from Novacar Antalya, I become their permanent customer since all processes are so quick and the cars are pretty new. All the staff including Berkay Bey and Emine Hanım are so kind and they are directing you very well. Thanks for all.

They charge me 20 euro more for no reason

Çalışan arkadaşlar gayet ilgiliydi. Bize ucız segment kiralamamıza rağden bir üst sınıf araç verdiler. Bilgilendirme ve iletişim kolaydı. İstanbul sabihadan gece uçağınız varsa aracı teslim etmeden önce irtibata geçmenizde fayda var.

Novacar-Carwiz araç kiralama (esmen oto kiralama A. Ş)

adı altında ön provizyon bilgisi verilerek hesaptan direk350,-€uro Depozitoyu çekerek tutarı işletmektedir. Diğer kurumsal firmalarda böyle bir uygulama yok. Üstelik 26.07.2024 tarihinden bugüne iade için beklemekteyim. Kiralama tarihi 21.07-26.07.2023 tam 5 günlüğüne kiralamistim bugün tarih 23.09.2024 Tam iki ay olmuş benim paramı iade etmediler, telefonlarda çıkmıyorlar bir fiyasko...
