I am absolutely appalled by the customer service I have received. I ordered these trainers as a gift on the 16th January and I am still waiting. I have tried to contact for a refund at this point and I have heard nothing. Over £200 for a pair of trainers and I've paid shipping twice to them as asked. Fuming is an understatement.

I wouldn't even give this company a one-star. I ordered a pair of 95s on the 8th of December 24. We are now in March and I still haven't received my order. I was told my order would only be 3 to 5 days. Then I got told they couldn't get my order. January and February, I was told the trainers were sent to authentication. Then, a further email saying they still need to source them. Absolutely disgusted in this company. AVOID THIS COMPANY

Don’t buy. Shipping times are a lie and they don’t respond to emails I’m trying to return my item as it arrived a month late and nobody’s getting back to me

I ordered a pair of UGGS for my Granddaughter before Christmas saying it was a Christmas present
I received the order in February!!!!!
I have requested to return and to have a refund but apparently their policy is no returns!
This is a terrible and money making site which I will never use again
Do not buy from Off the shelf unless you can wait for delivery.

My daughter requested a pair of UGGs for Christmas, so I found and purchased them from this company on 04/12/24. However, as of today, I have yet to receive the item. The company does not disclose that it needs to source stock before shipping and continues to falsely advertise a 3-4 day UPS delivery.

Although their customer service responds quickly, I keep receiving the same generic reply: they had to source stock, they are experiencing a high volume of orders, and they cannot provide an estimated delivery date. I have now opened a dispute with PayPal to get my money back.

Honestly, I will never purchase from this company again. I find them very dishonest for misleading customers into believing they had stock when they did not

We ordered these on the 13th December and received them on the 3rd February. They were a Christmas present which left my daughter very disappointed. They were website said 3-4 days delivery. When I contacted them I kept getting the same reply that they were due in the following week and would be shipped express. Had 13 messages in total. Awful customer service. Had to request refund via my bank. Then miraculously they arrived. Returning as bought a different pair due to the ridiculously long wait time. They should not state incorrect delivery times nor fob customers off with false information.

My daughter was desperate for ugg lowmel trainers for her birthday just a couple of weeks after Christmas. I literally looked everywhere and couldn't find the ones she wanted. Not on the shelf saved the day, they were great at keeping me up to date until the trainers arrived...brilliant service

The item actually took nearly three weeks to arrive, it did say 3-4 days.
But after speaking with the team all the necessary information was given and I was kept upto date with the progress, I was emailed nearly on a day to day basis which was very reassuring. when it did arrive I was very happy with my purchase,

I ordered a watch as a birthday present with. I only received a response when I told them I would request this to be charged back through my bank. Each response said 1/2 more days but this went on for several weeks. Eventually i asked for a refund but got no response. Finally received my order 3 weeks from the order date and 2 weeks past the birthday it was ordered for. Poor service. Watch was fine when received

Don't bother with this con of a company ordered a watch the 16th of Jan they claimed was in stock for a birthday present , no confirmation of order but took the money , i emailed 14 times over the past Weeks with no answer on there website , another 7 times on a different email address , with no answer . I finally get a response when I told them I was coming to head office with a van full of guys to get my money , 2 minuets after I sent the 15th email , so the fact they was just ignoring me as they do t actually hold stock , they "source" the items the send when they can be bothered
Arron was a patronising bellend and the attitude of this whole set up is shite , no contact number and difficult to contact I finally got contact 28th of Jan
And now refunded

Product was late and several emails were ignored before I received it. Product was fine but I missed a birthday deadline and possible Christmas opportunity too

Bought Airmax 95s just over a month ago not happy about this

Item exactly as shown with delivery a day BEFORE expected. Couldn’t have asked for better.

Ordered a Swatch Omega Earth phase which stated "Same Day Dispatch". 5 days after ordering I was sent an email reading that they are searching for the product and could take another 3 days .
10 days pass with no response to emails or instant chat via there website.
So zero response at all.
No offer of refund!
So I had to do a Charge back to reclaim my money.
Please focus on your customer service as on this occasion it has severely let you down.
Emails should be responded to with urgency and not just ignored

this company promotes items for sale but doesn’t have them… takes ur money and then sources for you, but can’t find them.

They deserve 0 stars! Outrageous that these people think it’s okay to be fraudsters - complete scum.

I placed an order with them mid December for a Christmas gift that was over £350. Email confirmation - fake tracking through shopify. Said they were ‘sourcing’ the item.

Very little contact from the company. Aaron has emailed a couple of times after weeks of chasing. Fortunately I raised a case with my bank and they have secured my money back.

Do not use! Scammers! Placed order before Christmas, item was never delivered. Multiple emails/online chats to customer services most of which never got a useful response, refused to even discuss a refund and just kept making empty promises about delivery. In the end I contacted my bank who claimed back the payment on my behalf from their bank. Lucky escape.
