Zero stars. Scammers. Stay Away! Bought two sets in January. Was expecting to receive 24 pieces. This was intended to give to my students for Valentine's Day. Around Feb 5, I received only 2 pieces. I emailed them and they said that's all I ordered. It's now March 2026, and I'm still trying to get my refund from them (via PayPal) but it seems like I won't get anything. Stay away!

Same problem as many others with the Valentine's watercolor paints. The support person said they couldn't give me more than $3 & them $6 refund. I told them to resend 23 paint sets versus a refund...go figure... they ghosted me. SCAM. I submitted report to FTC (federal trade commission)...it was easy. We should all be reporting! (Especially those who tried purchasing more than one order of 24). Too good to be true...sad.

I ordered a package of 24 Valentine's mini water color sets but only 1 set was delivered. They charged me $17 and it took more than 5 weeks to be delivered. Because the single set was delivered, they say there is nothing that can be done.

Deceitful sales, received not even partial order and refusing to send entirety of order as advertised and refusing to refund full purchase price. Advertised as coming from Chicago but shipping from China and took over a month. Buyer beware

Such a scam. First they added a random $7 tax charge AFTER purchase. Then the items did not come for over 40 days and they refused to provide me with tracking. Then the items finally came (too late) and then sent me ONE SINGULAR paint set with 12 valentines cards. So the kids are supposed to share the paint then? Like what? The picyure on the website clearly shows multiple paint sets. Also claims to be made in the usa and 100% guaranteed. But it's a lie. They won't give you your money back. Please don't give them any of your money!

100% got scammed. Ordered paint set valentines on January 4th. Once the product hit the states, tracking updates stopped. I reached out to the company and they decided they'd resend another which takes 15 days to even ship. I didn't ask to resend it I asked for an update or refund. They refuse to refund me since another order is "in transit" but likely doesn't exist. This is the same company as Seafancy, that also rips people off (I know because their emails are identical, I unfortunately got duped by them as well). This was deceiving because it was on TikTok shop and I naively clicked the link and should have stopped once it took me to their direct website. DO NOT ORDER!!!

Just like all the reviews! I sure wish I would have read these before I ordered! I ordered 2 sets of the heart watercolors for my granddaughter's class for Valentine's Day. Paid almost $40 on Jan. 9, 2026. I received ONE paint set on February 10!Total scam! Do not order from this company!

I ordered some classroom exchange valentines for my goddaughter on January 11 th and a month later they have not arrived . Do not order from this company.

Do not buy from them! They will scam you! You will not receive what the listing says you will get.

Misleading, horrible quality

I ordered two heart-shaped watercolor sets advertised as 24 paint sets per order (48 total). After waiting over a month, I received only TWO 8-colour paint sets total.

I paid $37.95, and this was meant for Valentine’s Day—now completely missed. Customer service repeatedly claimed the order was correct, despite photos clearly showing otherwise, and offered $3, then $6 as “compensation” instead of sending the missing items or issuing a proper refund. Returning the items was discouraged due to high shipping costs and unclear return addresses.

After looking online, I discovered many other customers reporting the exact same issue. This appears to be a pattern, not a mistake.

Very disappointed with the misleading product listing and poor customer service. I would not recommend ordering from this company.

As everyone else on here has said, this company is a scam. I ordered 46 Valentine's paint sets for my kids' classes and they never showed up.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

This company is a complete scam. I'm a teacher and I ordered 4 sets of 24 valentines paint sets for all of the grade 3 students in my school. It cost me $100 cad. Imagine my surprise when 4 paint sets arrived instead of 96! They are taking advantage of teachers who are paying out of their own pockets for a gift for their students
After multiple emails they don't seem to be willing to do anything to rectify the situation. I have asked to return the sets and they wrote back that it would be too expensive to return and that the address on the waybill Isn't the address of the warehouse but didn't give me a correct address! I'm so upset right now!

I ordered the Valentine paint trays on Jan 6th. Today 2/2 it's still showing in transit without a ETA.

I have emailed the company twice with no response.

Yep. Same. Said it was going through Sweeden. Lie. They even kept the pirated picture of the supposed product on the outside! Inside is pure garbage. Will use the pattern and recreate on my own.

Same exact review as Brian’s above only the no name delivery service said it was going through Sweden. Do not trust this website or company. Google the name and you’ll see it’s related to a scam! Wish I would’ve done that.

Billed my credit card in Hong Kong currency, shipping updates on some no-name website saying it’s going through Italy? Seems like a scam.
