Nothingnasty Arvostelua 

Signed up for the free 14 night trial as advertised. Received my order on 27th August and on 01/09 I contacted the merchant and said I would be returning the full size product.

Sent back to the address they provided on 04/09 and they received it on the 05/09.

On the 08/09 they debited £65 from my account, despite the fact that the 14 night trial was not over, I have email confirmation confirming the trial does not start until the day it is delivered.

I emailed them immediately to advise, requesting a refund as they had already received my return. 5 days later I am still waiting, I have sent countless emails which go unanswered. They have even tried to claim they haven’t received the return, even though I have proof that the it was posted and received by the address they provided.

I now have to start a payment dispute with my bank to get my money back and I will be reporting them to trading standard agency.

I also want to call out the fact that their website its rated excellent on Trust Pilot however when you search them on there, they actually have a rating on 2.9 with on two 1 star reviews.

Do not trust this company, the premise of the product is delightful which is why I feel prey for it in the first place. In all honesty there is no real way of knowing if the sample is even a genuine product and no way to know if the full size is as advertised because you cannot open it, if you break the seal you can’t return!

I ordered the Summer 26 Face Oil on 24 August and paid for postage, but my order remained “Unfulfilled” for almost two weeks with no update.

After I contacted customer service, I was eventually told they had been waiting to check whether I still wanted the Summer oil, despite the fact that that is exactly what I ordered.

The communication throughout has been extremely poor. I was also told today that my order would “absolutely” be sent out, but several hours later I still have no dispatch confirmation or tracking information.

I really liked the concept of the brand, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Customer service needs significant improvement. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

Scam tactics they share sample which is disguised as a commitment to sale!

Awful website full of fake ai images and none existent customer service..

They sent a supposed sample but for me it was hidden in the bottom of the packaging was a business card with small print saying that if you open the box you will be committing to purchase of £65 for a small bottle of rosehip oil.

I immediately told them and they came back with me with terms and conditions saying that I am committed to purchasing something that I haven’t even used!!
I asked multiple times to return it and they do not respond!

The only way to return your sample is to email them but they do not respond!

So I have no idea where to send the products I haven’t used!
