Nothing Bundt Cakes Arvostelua 58

My mother bought me a red velvet Bundt yesterday for my birthday in Gardendale, Al. I ate a pieces this morning it was Super Moist and Absolutely Delicious! The lady that checked us out was Very Friendly! I did not catch her name but it was last night between 5/6 p.m.!

I've been to the local Nothing Bundt Cakes several times. The staff is always helpful and their cakes are delicious. Today - perhaps because of all the holiday orders it was different. I pre-ordered a bunny cake and had a pick up time. I showed up after the designated time when the cake would be ready and it wasn't ready. The manager said that one of the petals needed to be fixed. When they brought the cake out - finally - it still wasn't right - the one area they had to fix of the frosting looked different than the other areas and the paper floof in the middle for the body had gaps everywhere and it didn't look right. All their cakes are yummy but the price of their cakes is on the expensive side - I could have gotten something much less expensive and the same quality elsewhere. I won't be back for a specialty cake again with them. They are nice for a treat once in a while for the bundlets. I felt the manager could have done more to make things right for this order given that it was for a hoilday celebration.

The customer service in Woodbridge VA has always been good for me. The recent banana pudding cake and the Dubai chocolate cake were not good. The Dubai cake has no flavor and the frosting isn’t as good as the traditional frosting for this business and Dubai chocolate is milk chocolate. I have had chocolate from Dubai often. This is not a good representation. The banana pudding cake was not my fav also. The vanilla wafers were soggy and the pudding glaze was not good. I would have rather had just the traditional icing instead of both.

Very Disappointing experience . I went to the Greer SC location to purchase 4 individual bundts . I saw a BOGO promotion on face book this location did not honor and referred me to another location 10 -15 miles away . I made the purchase at regular price and requested a nice bag or box . I was given the items double stacked in a brown paper bag with a sticker . You have lost a customer ..

What kind of business owner gets an anonymous tip warning them about someone (in the best interest of the business) just to go tell the person they were warned about? It wasn't like there was anything they could do with the info I gave them except what I told them to do and that's keep an eye on the individual because they are known for theft. But no instead they decide to confront the individual which I mean come on, if you are a thief then you are absolutely a liar also. so what were they trying to do except throw the whistleblower under the bus. That business owner deserved to get stolen from, in fact to handle it like that they will never get another warning and will instead be stolen from and that's obviously what they want. Nothing Bundt Cakes loves thieves, liars and meth addicts, in fact they employ them. Funny how the employee in question is always giving away free cakes. I'm surprised they aren't out of business yet. They have no business being a business owner if they don't know how to handle anonymous tips appropriately. That's why I will never shop at Nothing Bundt Cakes. Poor business practices. Because of them my life was threatened.

They have some of the shadiest work practices I've ever seen since Dunkin. They purposely didn't give me a clock in code for 5 days I received one check for 2 months of work they owed me an extra $450 we settled with the Illinois department of Labor after over a year just to get it over with cuz I was tired of dealing with them for $150 and then they blocked the check once the wage claim was closed so I had to reopen it and file with the attorney general.

Hello I bought your marble cake not good at all I went to your Mansfield location and was not satisfied the old marble was better with white icing that chocolate icing is nasty with those beads go back to the old marbled cake please call me concerning the customer service at the store 945-388-5865.

Delicious bundtlets! The gluten free lemon raspberry is definitely worth the wait!

I visited the South Euclid, Ohio, location, and the gentleman behind the counter refused to scan the barcode for my complimentary bundtlet. He read my number under the barcode and entered it manually. I used 600 of my 1893 points, and he joked about using them to get him a cupcake. My balance when I left was 1293; this morning, the day after, my balance is 693. I have been to this location several times, and this has never happened. If you want your points used by this male associate, this is the place for you.

I do not recommend the Coral Springs, FL location. They messed up my delivery order and would not deliver the missing items nor refund me. They could only issue a store credit. Do not recommend!!!

We have been going to Nothing Bundt Cakes in Conroe for over a year now. Every time we have a group of friends over, we stop by and get either one of the cakes for a birthday, or bundtlets. This is always people's favorite desserts. We especially love the white raspberry chocolate and carrot cake. Just a couple weeks ago, we stopped by to pick up a dozen bundtlets, six white raspberry chocolate and six carrot. However, when we opened the box for the party, we had six white raspberry chocolate and six red velvet, which most people in the group were not a fan of. The next day. I contacted Nothing Bundt Cakes and explained what happened and I was told my next dozen bundlets would be on the house. This is superb customer service! I LOVE the cupcakes and I certainly LOVE the customer service!

I have a couple of store locations near me in California. I drop by as often as possible, but these flowers are for the Dallas, TX location. I ordered a 3 tier tower to be delivered to my guy in Terrell, TX. I placed the order online with no issues. The birthday cakes were delivered by GrubHub. Evidently, the delivery driver was super nice and the packaging was gorgeous. I highly recommend yummy Nothing Bundt Cakes for any holiday, gathering and get together. The grubhub delivery service deserves a shout out, too.

I've purchased Nothing Bundt Cakes for the past 10 years. They used to make really delicious cakes at a reasonable price. Now, the quality has gone done and the price has gone way up. In 2015 the cost of a simple 8" cake was just under $20 and today it's $35, a 75% increase. My favorite cake was the chocolate chocolate chip because it was a rich chocolate cake loaded with chocolate chips. I purchased one a month ago and was hard pressed to find one or two chocolate chips per slice. Additionally, the cake was dry and lacking in flavor. It's definitely not what it used to be. It's nothing bundt a fancy store front now selling cheap cakes.

I end up using all my points & paying for my bogo free I tried explaining to the girl & manger why are you taking both my money & my points & not using my coupon the manger got nasty with me im angry that they these teenagers im scammed me Im trying to get the main number to resolve this

I got a cake here for my birthday on August 9th. I called and ordered it at the Asheville / Arden location. I spoke with Penelope who took my order and helped me figure out what to order and what to put on top of it. It turned out really great and it tasted delicious!

Have enjoyed their cakes now for a while here in Fresno Ca. but their prices keep going up! Two times in a matter of months they have increased the cost. I just won't buy them as often or will totally STOP buying them

I love their product but it keeps shrinking despite inflated prices. Not worth it anymore.

The service fee shows this company to be PETTY and NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY. They say it is to cover their cost of doing business on THEIR website. Their website costs are a part of OVERHEAD. I don't know of any of the majors (Amazon, Target, Walmart, etc) that charge an extra service fee for a website that lets them make more money. Restaurants don't charge a fee for salt and pepper. McDonalds, Burger King, Wendys, etc do not charge for the paper that wraps their burgers.
Obviously, this has nothing to do with money, but for me it has everything to do with PRINCIPLE. While I like their cakes, I find myself looking for alternative bakeries that are not petty and don't disrespect their customers

Every other location offers some sort of military discount, but when I asked at this location the young lady behind the counter in a not, so polite voice told me "We are a franchise, so we don't have to offer any discounts" to which I replied, "Thank you, I was just asking" So, needless to say I will not return to this location I don't need the discount, but they could use my business!

I’m incredibly disappointed by how my mother and I were treated today—especially since we’ve supported this business for years. While shopping for my son’s birthday supplies, we stopped in to browse cake decorations. My mom briefly picked up a pack of napkins she liked to show me, then put them right back. After looking around a bit more and not finding what we needed, we left.

A minute after getting into our car, an employee came outside and accused us of stealing paper plates. We were stunned and honestly humiliated. We immediately invited them to check our bags and car, as we had absolutely nothing to hide. What made the situation even more embarrassing was seeing other employees and customers watching from inside the shop window.

After realizing their mistake, the employee apologized and offered us coupons—which we declined. The damage was already done. This was an upsetting and unacceptable experience. We will not be returning.
