I ordered from this small business just a few days ago for a birthday present for my friends 18th, and am so impressed with everything. Not only was the delivery quick, each item in my hamper was carefully protected, my personalised message came out great and I received a lovely thank you note. Really great site…. But I messed up my delivery address. Kate got it sorted and after a few days of delay the package made the way to my friend who was delighted . Whilst this was my error the communication from Kate gave me confidence it wouldn’t turn into a whole nightmare of back and forward emails. A really lovely company with excellent customer service. Had an issue with one item being included in the hamper because it was being shipped to the Channel Islands. But they reached out quickly and offered some lovely alternatives! The hamper was delivered promptly and it was really nicely packaged. 100% recommend
