ordered 2 22.5 generators oct 26 called today woman said she emailed me i said i didnt receive but i dont check spam she replied thats my problem not hers i asked to speak to some one else she replied get your stuff from some else and hung up.i called back said they called 5 times no answer these 7 phones police are for police dispatch this place is a joke. #214976

I ordered a transfer switch. Has not been shipped yet. Patiently waiting for it. I have ordered from norwall before and have always been happy.

Good value but after purchase received an email saying they wanted another $200 for shipping 😡. Canceled order and purchased from another company and no additional cost to ship it.

My new generator arrived yesterday. So far, it appears perfect for my needs. The box was somewhat beat-up in shipping but, the unit is in perfect shape. Because I live and trailer at higher altitudes, I talked with Norwall and also bought a high altitude jet system for my generator. Although it wasn't as easy to install as I would have liked, the instructions were right on. Working with Norwall for my generator needs has always been a great experience. This is the third generator I have bought from them. The next few months will determine how well the generator functions. So far, the Onan quality shows. It is also obvious why their noise ratings are as good as they are.

I made the mistake of buying a maintenance kit for my stand by generator from a certain bald multi-billionaire astronaut's website...you might have heard of it. However, it never arrived and I can't seem to get a refund or a replacement. After three weeks of getting nowhere with them, I cut my losses.

Thankfully, I was able to get one from the awesome people at Norwall, and it arrived just in time to do the yearly service before the first Michigan snowfall. I originally purchased my generator from Norwall on the recommendation of our installer, I should have shopped here first!

So... I purchased a new Cummins/Onan 4500i generator which was shipped reasonably prompt. Upon receiving the generator I proceeded through the checklist for service and start-up procedures, and found the generator would not start, I subsequently figured out the automatic choke was not working and got the generator running so I could change the oil after an hour of operation. (typical for me break-in procedure)
As such, I observed the hour meter was not working after approximately thirty minutes of running and zero time after an hour... and now we have two issues.
I called Norwall to get some answers and here we go. Their Female service tech was absolutely no help at all and in fact pretty rude, she stated she would check on a few things and call me back. The following day after no call back from Norwall, I further examined the unit with a friend who happens to be a Cummins dealer, and found found three (3) wiring harness connections adrift, not plugged into their respective connectors.
Prior to this stepping back a minute... This Norwall so called service tech should be fired on the spot. Instead of doing a little research and providing accurate information, she put out answers about non-starting and hour meter issues that were totally bogus and incorrect... In other words, just providing information to get me off the line.
We actually had words the second conversation (second day after not calling back) that I would not normally use with a female, but being formal military, if you want to play bad As$#@, I'll give you bad As$%#@.
Moral of the story.... I wouldn't purchase nat crap from these people again due to their intolerant customer service, arrogance and rude behavior... and was extremely disappointed in the generator I had to repair to operate correctly right out of the box.
Do your research before you buy this generator, and DO NOT rely on any valid, genuine customer service out of Norwall

I placed 2 orders and the one that has been completed was in stock and was shipped promptly and in great condition. I look forward to the 2nd being filled and shipped.At this point I have no complaints about Norwall Power Systems and would recommend them to my friends and family
