Northxsouth Arvostelua

Recently purchased Kamado Joe Big Joe 3 from NxS and have been delighted with both the product and the buying experience. Chanced my arm with a 10:30pm message to Andy, for a free cover, and received a positive response straight away. BBQ was delivered withing 3 days and the cover the next day. Would highly recommend this company.

Can't recommend this company enough super fast delivery and the customer service is the absolute best will definitely shop here again 👍😁

Thanks to customer support, especially Andy for you help and support Bernadette

I was sceptical buying from Northxsouth.ie as the tv i was looking at was €300 cheaper than every where else. I read the reviews and said I'd take a chance.

The tv was delivered in around 7 working days and I had a question about delivery and asked their support team and got an answer within a few hours.

I would definitely recommend northxsouth and will buy from them again.

Andy and the team provide amazing support. They are knowledgeable and keep going until any issue is addressed.

Contacted Andy through email in relation to delivery times and dates of a the tv i purchased from them as I needed to be home from work for the delivery. Andy was so helpful and swift in his response, tv was a great price also, a nice chunk less than the so called bigger electronic stores. Will definitely be back again in the future😊

Recently had an issue with a product and the customer service from Andy was second to none. Will definitely buy from this company again.

I purchased 55" TCL tv from this company but the tv was damaged in transit (couriers fault) not nXs.ie .They replaced the tv in a couple of days without any hassle.Unlike some of the big companies there was no language problems or bad communication. All was sorted with no fuss . Thanks to andy and sinclair my new tv is set up and working perfect.A good local company that gets 5 stars all day long.

Good price, fast delivery, what more can you ask for.

Best price for Breville coffee machine and delivery was extremely quick! We ordered Monday morning and it was delivered by Tuesday 12pm. Very happy

I have purchased a few things through these guys and I cannot recommend them enough. Great option of products and I always get 10/10 support from the team if I have issues, questions etc. Can't be faulted.

I am blown away by the exceptional customer service I received !! The team went above and beyond to ensure my issue was resolved promptly (within 20 hours I was delivered a new coffee machine) and efficiently
.Their professionalism, empathy and dedication to customer satisfaction are truly commendable.
From the initial contact to the follow up ,every interaction was seamless and reassuring. The staff (Ellie and Clarence) were knowledgeable , friendly and courteous making me feel valued and appreciated.
This level of service now adays is getting more and more rare in a world of bots and computer generated assistants. This company is is a shining example of how businesses should treat their customers. I am extremely grateful and will continue to recommend this company to anyone seeking outstanding customer service

Recently completed a new build and out of every company we have dealt with when kitting out the house, NorthXSouth were the best to deal with. Prices were obviously important to us and we struggled to find anywhere to beat them for electrics, but it was the customer service we received from Ellie and Andy that set them apart, as it was second to none. They went above an beyond. Highly recommend.

Bought a Freesat 1TB Satellite Recorder Box online from NorthxSouth website. Great communication from the store when I sent a query about the parcel. Purchased the item on a Sat and got the satellite TV receiver/recorder box by Thur the following week. Good sale price and everything worked as expected. Recommended.

I have bought from NorthXSouth a few times over the years and they have always been brilliant to deal with and orders are sent out immediately.
The last order I got needed to be returned (Totally my fault - I ordered the wrong item) and there was absolutely no problems. Returning was very easy and Ellie was such a great help. Would highly recommend them!

Price was very competitive (better than Amazon UK) for Polti steam cleaner. Delivery was free. Delivery was tracked and arrived in 2-3 days — faster than I expected.

Really great prices and very nice customer service. I bought Kamado Joe ceramic grill and delivery took a couple of days longer than expected but the seller added 2 bags of charcoal on their account.

I'm very pleased with this company. I ordered an item yesterday in the mid afternoon. I had paid with PayPal as a precaution because I wasn't sure of the company. I received a notification that it had been shipped through DPD in the late afternoon. It was delivered today at 13:00.

Fantastic service and price!

This was the best price I could find for a Kamado Joe BBQ and accessories. The guys delivered it when they said they would and set it up perfectly for free. Keep up the great work, guys!

5 stars.

Great service.Highly recommend.
