Restoration & Refurbishment
We hired Leo for a full front of house refurb/restoration which including re-rendering (smoothing of old render), replacing all timber, and guttering and re-painting. Leo and his team started and finished the work to the agreed timescale and budget and most importantly did a fantastic job. We could not be happier with the end product - feel like we have a new home! He is very easy to work with, flexible, and very good at problem-solving when and if issues arise. Cannot recommend him highly enough and cannot wait to have him back for our next jobs for the interior of the house. Look no further, seriously. Thanks so much, Leo!

We’ve known Leo, Director of North Star Building Solutions, for around 5 years. When we bought our house, we didn’t have the budget to do everything in one go, so Leo worked with us in stages.

First, he and his team renovated the kitchen and bathrooms, installed a new boiler, new plumbing, new electrics, new flooring, painting and a full ground floor refurbishment. This year, they came back to complete the external works, including silicone rendering and a new roof.

The transformation has been incredible; our house now stands out from the rest of the street, looking brand new and finished to perfection. The quality of the work is on another level.

We found about Leo and his team when googling for a contractor to help renovate our flat. We couldn't have chosen better.
