13th of Feb still nothing has arrived…called the bank to dispute the payment as a scam

Timely delivery, correct content and no fuzz

I ordered a 10" Rubber Repair Kit on November 26th, 2025. The parcel (tracking LE112420983GB) was lost by La Poste after a failed delivery attempt on December 4th.
I contacted the seller (Robert Bashford) on January 5th. He replied "I'll send a replacement item today." Since then, despite my follow-ups on January 8th, 22nd, 24th and 26th, I never received a tracking number for this so-called replacement. On January 23rd he promised again "This weekend I will supply tracking" — the weekend came and went, still nothing.
Three months without my product, repeated broken promises, and a seller who disappears every time. I had no choice but to file a chargeback with my bank.
Avoid.

Part arrived as bought post was a little slow.
