Dear Nic,
We are disappointed that you feel this way; however, we do not believe your review accurately reflects what occurred.
You chose embroidery as the decoration method and approved the digital mock-up before production. The mock-up provided was a rough visual guide for logo placement and sizing only and was not an embroidery stitch simulation.
We do have a complaints process and responded to you promptly even when you messaged us during out of office hours. We carefully reviewed the finished garments against the artwork you supplied and remain satisfied that the embroidery was produced to a professional standard. As such, we do not consider the garments to be faulty and were therefore unable to offer a free remake using a different decoration method.
In the interest of transparency and to help customers better understand the differences between embroidery and print a comparison of the original artwork and the finished embroidery has been made available. If anyone would like to make their own informed judgement based on the actual images they can be viewed on our social profiles.

The fittings on them can vary. However, the T shirts are 100% exactly as described! Really impressed with the quality of embroidery and design on all products. Size down on the gilet’s and size up on the hoodies! Nevertheless 10/10 from smilelabmcr

Excellent service from North Print Workwear! My printing order was completed quickly and to a very high standard. The quality of the print was excellent, communication was great throughout, and everything arrived exactly as expected. Very professional and reliable company. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.
