NORTHPOINT realty Group was born out of a Coaching and mentoring business that served the Real Estate industry. Through 100's of hours of coaching sessions with agents and brokers across South Africa it was apparent that Agents where frustrated with their lack of financial success and inability to serve their sellers and buyers effectively through the traditional Bricks and Mortor model. NORTHPOINT was launched during covid as a cloud based company allowing agents to be more agile serving its residential, commercial, and Industrial clients in every major metropolitan area is south africa. Northpoint provides a safe secure Coaching environment to equip and empower its team memebrs to flourish financially for a Life Worth Living. VISION To provide a technology platform for Sellers, Buyers, Tenants and Landlords to Profit through property through a seamless integration of Attorney’s, Structured Finance Consultants, Deal coordinators with Agents and Brokers MISSION To Provide a Coaching / Mentoring Platform for Brokers and Agents To Equip, Coach and Mentor it’s Team Members for Financial Breakthrough and a Life Worth Living VALUES At Northpoint, we prioritize excellence, integrity, and customer satisfaction in all we do. Inferior unprofessional service from Akshar

We have dealt with Akshar twice and both times he was late and couldn't find the keys for the property we wanted to view. His attitude and demeanor was arrogant and aggressive and both times,months apart he blamed someone else because he did not have the keys and we could not view the property. The image he projected was unprofessional.
