wheres the 0 stars option. this is by far the worst item ive ever purchased and is NOTHING like the marketd light. marketing video shows dinosaurs moving and 3d images. what I got is the cheapest plastic dome light that are stars, not dinosaurs. the stars dont move and dont even reflect on the walls because the light is so weak. They need to be out of busienss and im gonna try do just that. I hate "businesses" that do this. fake, phony, scammers that just try to steal people's money. I emailed and zero response. Northvitals needs to go bye bye!

Complete junk, scammed budget light that arrived broken and delivered 3 months later. Completely ripped off!

I completely got scammed I was supposed to get something really nice for the amount of money I paid and it was complete junk plus they overcharged me on top of it.

I ordered a 3D projector instead a got a $3 night light. What a scam this is absolutely nothing like what they were advertising. Northvitals you should be ashamed of yourselves. The disappointment my 4 year felt was extremely sad especially with how I talked it up. People don't buy from this scum sucking company. SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!

Absolutely scam site. Was sent a dirt cheap Temu version of a real product I ordered for $46USD. The crap I was sent was worth about 60 cents. It was for my children so I hope they scammers have an accident. The contact addresses are fake and bounce back too.

They’re taking money or would rather say stealing because they’re not honest and trustworthy. Products are a huge piece of junks! Ordered a projector for my son as a gift(dino & ocean) but the product was totally different from what they advertised. Can buy these at the Dollar store for $4.

Contacted them multiple times thorough email & calls (spent long distance charges) the day after received the items but they’re are just promising to sort it out within 48 hrs and also offered for 30% and 50% discount instead of returning but I don’t agree.

And for the customer agents: How can you work with this kind of company that you know it’s a BIG LIAR?

Even my son said this is scam!!!!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY if you DON’T want to waste your money.

Scam. Don't send what they show then say it's the right product . I thankfully used PayPal and they refunded me cos the email I got back just kept saying it was the right product. They also charged extra to my bank but that bounced back too. Never buy from this site

My partner ordered what he thought was 3 d multi themed projectors what he got was 3 budget star themed lights u could buy from temu for under $10. It's a scam and we are really disappointed with their service and the budget lights we got.. I'd rather shop off temu it's cheaper and Atleast u get what u pay for.. To anyone thinking about buying online from North vitals save Yr money it's crap.

I was sent cheap pieces of junk, I order 3 items one did not work, was totally disappointed as I order for my grandchildren’s birthday.

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. I made the mistake of buying a projector from them because of an advertisement on Facebook. Their website claimed a 4.6/5 stars on TrustPilot (made the mistake of trusting their word for it), and the purchased item promised to project dinosaurs and other cool graphics in a dark room. I emailed the company multiple times when my order hadn’t shipped after a week- no response. I had to file claim with PayPal because they charge my PayPal a different amount than my order summary. And finally, had to file a dispute with my bank because the product received (3 weeks later) is NOTHING like the product advertised. It’s the cheapest piece of junk ever.

Ordered the projector with Dino and other scenes. Plastic piece of rubbish only had stars which were very blurry. Waste of money!

Total scam. Do not buy anything from this so called company. I repeat do not throw your money away to these scammed!!

Would leave negative stars if possible. Company over-charged my card after sending invoice for order, then sent another email saying my order was canceled but no refund. Called the number and a freshly woken up woman answered "hello??".... it was actually them - total scam run by some random person.

ordered a galaxy,ocean,dino experience light projector got stars on plastic dome with a small light not even in a box email doesn't work now just nothing very disappointed as is my grandson

Invoiced amount was increased by nearly 25% with charge to my credit card with no explanation, after contacting Northern Vital they stated it was out of their control. Product appears to be from Canada - wrong! Do not order ANYTHING from these guys..Very scummy, BEWARE

Product took a long time and did absolutely nothing for my pain. They told me they would only give me half my money back and if I return it I have to pay for shipping. Beware!!

Total scam. Minus 5. pet Dental cleaning powder was smaller package and found it on Walmart site for way cheaper. Very disappointing being cheated out of my hard earned money Also I was mislead to believe the product was made in Canada. It is made in China

Minus 5 stars! Completely scam. Nothing like as advertised. Do not order from this site or any other that offers the dog or cat robots. Completely crap.
Wrote to the company and never heard back. If you order and want to return the item it will cost you twice the amount of the purchase. Google or any other search engine should deny their website posting!

Even hard to give one star. Should have read the reviews before I fell for the scam. Not life like st all, very cheap ( ad you would expect I guess from china. You can get better at your local fairs for knocking down pins. Very disappointed!!! And hate that I got scammed. I was really looking forward to what I ordered and saw from the online add. What a joke!
