I would certainly recommend this company. Jonathan, who was my go to, was very helpful in all respects and at no time did I feel out of my comfort zone. He patiently helped me with the electronic form filling (yes, I'm old), and this was after giving me some good recommendations. I will certainly use this company again.

A big thank you to Northern Utilities for securing our next gas contract at a great rate. As a community centre, keeping our running costs manageable is essential, and we really appreciate their help in finding such a competitive deal. James has looked after our account for the last 3 years, very proactive in looking for the best deal albeit in a challenging market. What I found working with James is that nothing is too much trouble, regular update calls are offered leading to a feeling of being well looked after.

Cold calling, Informed their Jack Richardson three times we no longer take external enquiries concerning utilities. He finished with a passive agressive "such a shame" and hung up. He then immediately sent an email which I informed we would block in future.

Having no prior experience of using an energy consultancy, I was hesitant but keen to secure the best rates for our church. I need not have worried.
