Northern Gas Heating Arvostelua 

One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Shame I can't give it less then one star. Boiler been plumbed in wrong way round 4 years ago. Was told it was connected correctly and had Worcester engineer come out last month and he said it was piped wrong way round and couple of other things missing. They made four appointments to come and not turned up. Hopefully trading standards and my solicitor can sort them out. Just can't believe how unprofessional a company could be.

Adding abit more info for people out there thinking of using Northern Gas Heating.
Still having issues with them. They replied back to my review saying management are in communications with me but they not. Been waiting 2 weeks for a call from them for money they owe me and still no joy. I am building a case against them and if anyone has had issues with this unprofessional company then please do let me know what issues you've had so I could pass onto trading standards. One of their engineers has told me how bad of a company they are and they do not get back to customers. For all out there thinking of using this company please don't. I have messaged the manager a number of times and don't get a reply.

And went above and beyond to sort out my problem with nattional grid loosing my registration from 2011 took many emails but finally came through and got NG to accept my system. Even though I had been paid since 2011 can’t thank him enough. Bill burgess

I'd like to share my experience with Kash, a Northern Gas salesman who has been of great help to me. Over the last 13 years, I have bought several products from Kash, central heating, solar panels, solar batery, etc. Kash has been my go-to person for all things related to the products. Kash has always provided me with excellent service and support, and has gone the extra mile to make sure I am satisfied.
One example, I recently changed my WiFi router and did not realize that it affected the Hypontech mobile app that controls the products. I called Kash and he quickly contacted the right people and got the problem fixed in a day. He also followed up with me to make sure everything was working well. What impressed me the most was that Kash was available to help me even outside his normal working hours. He answered my phone calls in the evening and on the weekend, and never made me feel like I was bothering him. Kash is an asset to Northern Gas and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality products and service. He deserves recognition for his outstanding work.

I met Kash in January and had my solar system fitted mid March .
Kash explained everything from start to finish of the job and Jonathon surveyed the job .
I’m thrilled with the panels on the roof , the battery in my boiler room and invertors etc in the loft .
The quality off the work and engineers etc who worked here was superb and Jonathon over saw everything and Kash was on the phone or here everyday while my job was being done and any question I had one or the other of them answered and explained .
Kash gives so much time and passion into his job , he goes above and beyond and Jonathon does too.
Everything Kash said about the savings is true and even more than I could imagine .
It truly is a wonderful thing to have this system now in my home , I am all electric so it’s amazing .
If you’re considering solar please don’t hesitate to speak to Kash and you’ll be 100% happy with what he has to say .

Brilliant sales man, Mr Diego Bianchi. Out of 9 quotations I had over 4 months, Northern Gas Heating came on the top. I throughly studied specifications of Solar panels,inverters and Batteries of all suppliers. NGH product came on the top. The product is excellent and not only will save me hugh Electricty cost but their warranties and services are also excellent. I will strongly recommend my friends.

From start to finish and beyond the service was amazing! Can't recommend it enough. Dealt with Kash who looked after us all the way. From explaining the pros and cons of the heat pump system (we went with a combi in the end) and how solar works. To getting us the new boiler system we needed fitted in less than a week and solar a week later. Super speedy service. We didn't have to call to chase or anything. Kash kept us updated all the way with who was coming and when. The guys doing all the work were fantastic, great guys all of them! Polite helpful and considerate of the house and cleaned all the mess made too! Muchley appreciated. Kash continued to be on call with my updates and questions to how to work the app afterwards too. Thank you so much, with the warranty and annual boiler checks I hope to keep in touch! We will no doubt see the team throughout the years. Highly recommend the company for boiler and solar needs but if you want an no nonsense and honest approach ask for Kash and he will sort you out for all your solar and boiler needs!!! Thanks guys!

The lads who did the installation were very good and helpful in spite of the lack of information on the details from the coordinators.
The solar panels and battery are working perfectly.
The commissioning went very well and the EV charging problem was resolved and now works correctly thanks to Jonathan.

Had a boiler fitted by northern gas heating.
Matt tilling carried out the installation and was completed to a very high standard, never had a problem with the boiler which has been serviced every year with no problems at all. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a new boiler to be installed in their property. Well done Northern Gas

I had solar panels, battery and inverters fitted mid February, my bills were crazy(all electric property) Kash came to quote and explain the system which I was more than happy with. The installation was very smooth and a special thanks to Jonathon Jones and his team who were very professional, friendly and very respectful of my property. There have been many problems planning my system and finally a solution has been reached that I am very pleased with. The installed inverter and battery is exceeding expectations especially as the power I am drawing off the grid has significantly decreased, therefore the investment has been worth it.
Any problems have been successfully overcome thanks to Jonathon Jones and Kash Hussain.
