Would highly recommend this service after struggling to sell my property through the estate agents I got in touch and it took Leon no time at all to find a buyer and also pushed for a fair price. I have recently sold a property to North East House Buyers and would like to emphasise how easy and seamless the transaction was.
The staff all go "the extra mile"and it was a pleasure to do business with them. I have sold quite a few properties and have never had such a good service.
You may get a little more through an estate agent (and sometimes not) but when working figures out remember to just compare the bottom line. By this I mean estate agent fees, solicitor fees etc.
In a nutshell I will always give this company a chance to buy first in the future.
