Normie Dealt with the Sale of my property originally went up beginning of June when Gina was looking after us , great service pictures taken by Nigel a great job done showed off our house in it’s full glory , we had a original buyer who made the offer of asking price but unfortunately he had us awaiting 2 months and mortgage fell through on a number of occasions, so we decided that we would need to put back on the market as we had our heart set on the house we wanted to buy , then Natalie took over and between her and rest of the team had 8 viewings within 2 days, 3 offers were put in 4 Days later and we accepted the 1st which was the lower offer but the best position and was just eager as ourselves to move , from then it was all smooth besides solicitors taking there time and leaving exchanging right till the end , I would definitely recommend Normie very professional and quality service .

I found Normie & Company to be very helpful. Natalie and her colleagues were always ready to help when we had questions. They kept in contact with us to let us know what was happening and to check that we were progressing ok, crucially without ever being pushy. Now, at the end, we have a property that we're very happy with!

Gina has honestly been amazing! She’s managed to help us pull off buying a house within our time scale of 6 weeks which everyone can’t believe! We can’t thank her enough for making this stressful time a walk in the park. I would 100% recommend normies to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Efficient and friendly service. All the people in the office were extremely helpful, accessible and always "on the ball".

Excellent communication throughout the buying process. Really helpful and available when guiding us through buying our first home!
I cannot recommend Normie and Co enough!

Fantastic from start to finish. Highly recommend Nigel and all the Normie team, professional, friendly and they get things done exactly when they say they will.

Very professional friendly service - regular updates as the sale proceeded
thank you to all the team

Couldn’t have had better service. Thank you Gina, Natalie and all your staff.

Nigel Bagguley was extremely helpful when we were viewing the property and following completion.

Nigel at Normie and his team were superb in helping us sell/buy our dream home, in a supposedly stressful time,Nigel kept me calm, and with regular updates 're the sale, managed the 2 transaction beautifully speaking on our behalf to all parties and both solicitors . A truely professional experience,

Always professional and managed to sell on our first day of viewings. With the competition of cheaper online companies would be great to see a more affordable offer across all agencies when selling.
