I’ve definitely noticed a reduced appetite. I snack less and feel fuller throughout the day, which wasn’t the case before.I can’t say for sure if it’s placebo or not, but something has changed. I used to constantly think about food — planning meals, sweets, even what I’d eat the next morning. Now I can go hours without obsessing over food, which feels freeing.

I have bought 2 products, the Booster and the BIOM2 probiotics, so I feel my gut is nicer, maybe less gas / bloating, I also feel more regular. Not sure from which product though.

CS is not good
The product is ok, but I am writting about cusomer service experience. I have bought a subscribtion for 3 pack plan. I wanted to cancel it right after buying as I just wanted to get the deal, but forgot and they have charged me after 3 months. I wrote to their email nordburn.com and they have replied, that they will cancel it for future payments. But I wanted it to be canceled for this one as well, they can keep the product as I still have capsulles left. But they said their policy is for future charges only. Lady name was Anna, she was not a flexible CS rep.

Sustainable
I was on injections for a while. They worked, but the nausea was brutal and the cost was insane. Adding this in has made it all more tolerable. I’ve lost 22 lbs in 3 months and it feels sustainable.
