It is a complete scam. I only signed up for one month at £15. There was no indication that this was a trial; no explanation of continuing charges; and, no suggestion that a £79 a month would automatically be charged. I complained to Amex about lack of clarity and being charged £79 without my permission. Nord Yoga sent them masses of incoherent paper work ( passed on to me) which implied that clicking on ‘start plan’ showed the monthly subscriptions would continue. I was never directed to that information when I signed up. Nord Yoga refused to refund the £ 79.11 and quoted their policy for “ no refunds”, which I had never been directed to when signing up. There are numerous similar complaints on Trust Pilot so I think my next move is to involve the Financial Ombudsman so that others are not scammed in the future.

I wish I had never opened the Nord Yoga site. Some how I managed to subscribe (not sure how?).
I have since been trying to log into the app and have only just managed after copious try’s to see what the app provide.
Basically it starts with exercises for face yoga and continues to information about health and beauty
I strongly wish I had ever heard of this company especially having paid $163.77 for information I could easily find for free on the net.

Like many other customers I paid £15 for a 4 weeks trial and then found I was charged an additional £79.11 even though I cancelled. It’s a poor product not even worth£15 let alone an additional £79.11. When I contacted them I was told that I would not be refunded even though I’d cancelled. I’m very angry. This company is taking advantage of people. Don’t get sucked in as you will lose money. I will report to Ombudsman.

Like other users, I believed I was signing up for a month’s trial. I took great care at sign up to ensure there wasn’t an automatic follow on deduction so I felt sick to find a $105.94/£78 deduction from my account one month later.
When I asked them on what authority they took my money, and asked for a refund, they said ‘ Regarding your refund request, our policy states that payments are non-refundable unless there was a proven missed cancellation or a technical issue on our end. If you believe you canceled your subscription before the charge or experienced any technical issues, could you please provide any proof of your previous cancellation or describe the steps you took? If you intend to dispute the charge with your payment provider, please let us know as well.’
Nord Yoga - with so many similar reviews you need to improve your processes and transparency.

I signed up for a trial for, I believe, 28 days for the cost of $29.06. Due to illness I missed some days during which I had help with paying my bills. After day 14 my nord yoga app was gone. During this time I had help with making sure my monthly bills were paid. Now I have recovered and am reviewing my credit card invoiced I find that on November 14th another $145.35 was put on my credit card. So in fact, I paid $174.41 for 14 days of yoga which equals $12.45 per day. Be aware.

The App is horribly designed, no voice explanations, techniques are unclear. Plus, they charged me before the trial end with no notification given. I am raising case with FinancialOmbudsmen to dispute the £79 they chagred me with no my permition. Don't subscribe!
Update to the review: I shared with NordYoga screenshots of all transactions to confirm they unfairly charged me despite the subscription was canceled within 4 weeks. They keep ignoring my request to refund incorrectly charged amount. £9 for trial was waiste of money as the product is rubbish, but £79 monthly fee is absolutely ridiculous

I didn’t like being enticed into buying extra bundle after bundle of other products . Now it feels like I’ve been duped. ( I didn’t buy any extras)and that it’s a money making sheme rather than true help to improve my face.
Now time to start the yoga, here’s hoping I see a difference

I have contacted them endlessly as I never agreed to a subscription but their customer service is appalling and they will not issue a refund even if they can see it have never been used. I am going to pursue it to with PayPal I am sure they don’t want to be associated with such a company

Signed up for 28 days then before I got to the end of my “plan” I was charged 145.00!!!! Tell me how they can justify that with no explanation and no willingness to refund the 145.00. It’s my fault I signed up for the initial 28 days. BEWARE! Terrible company. Ruthless

I applied online for a 14 day free trial.
I was charged £15.80
Then 4 weeks later was charged £79.11 for a subscription that I never ever agreed to, why would I at that price per month!
Emailed them for a refund to be told that the terms and conditions, including price are clearly shown when I signed up for the trial. THEY ARE NOT! Didn’t get any money back at all, they refused. They should be ashamed of themselves, it’s an absolute disgrace conning people out of their money.

My experience closely reflects many of the reviews already posted here.

I signed up for a 4-week introductory online yoga plan priced at £15.80. After the introductory period ended, my card was automatically charged £79.11. No reminder or advance notification was sent, and the renewal price was not presented with the same prominence as the initial offer.

When I contacted Nord Yoga, the company relied entirely on its terms and conditions and a “no-refund” policy, while ignoring the substance of my complaint. In particular, they did not engage at all with the consumer-law issues raised by automatic renewals following low-priced trials, significant price increases, or transparency of pricing.

Simply stating that a term exists in small print does not automatically make it fair or enforceable, and internal “no-refund” policies do not override consumer protection law. Despite this, the company has refused to consider a refund and has responded only with repeated references to its policies.

My subscription has now been cancelled to prevent further charges, but I am pursuing the matter through formal consumer protection channels.

I would strongly advise anyone considering this service to read the renewal terms very carefully and be aware of the full ongoing cost before signing up.

11/02/26 Update on review following Nord Yoga's request for me to make contact: They continue to ignore facts about transparency and clarity. They continue to fail to address
• The lack of prominence of the renewal price compared to the headline £15.80 offer
• The unexplained and disproportionate 5× price increase
• The absence of any renewal reminder before a significant charge was taken
• The fact that I did not use or affirm the service after renewal
Their response to my review suggests that they concede they need to do better but this is not the case.
