I ordered from Nootly for a gift for a friend. Unfortunately it didn’t arrive in time having ordered mid December and it arrived NYE afternoon. This was then far too late to gift to my friend so I had to buy an alternative gift. I have contacted this company numerous times as this is no good to me so would like a refund and it’s through no fault of my own. They have to take responsibility for this. I’m having no luck in contacting them despite trying to contact them on email and also messenger. To say I’m disappointed!! I would 100% NOT recommend anyone order from them unless they want the same issue I’m having.

Product received nothing like advertised, utter rubbish, a "rechargeable" door logo light that needsv6 aaa batteries. Free return for full refund as advertised request has been ignored! They also gave Evri a false tracking number which after a week could not be found, but nootly did tell me it hadn't been dispatched!!

Ordered the light up car signs after seeing them pop up on Facebook, only given a 4 star rating because of the time they took to get here and the fiddliness of lining them up in the right position. They did arrive in time for xmas though and I ordered on 6th Dec. Lights are fantastic, bit difficult to place right and the magnets that you have to align with the bottom of the light were tiny and too hard to get in the right place. I bought my own bigger magnets to use and they work fab. Makes such a difference to my car. Love them.

Would be zero, ordered on 14th December for 'GUARANTEED' delivery before Christmas.
Nothing, no updates, no correspondance, emailed since 20th but no reply.

Avoid! Money taken but item sent to wrong address! No help sorting what so ever! Kicking myself for being scammed.

Don’t be taken in by this company, I believe it’s a scam!!. Ordered a Christmas stocking filler 29/11/2025, should have been here in 7 days. Nothing, unable to contact the company, updates on the tracking system say out for delivery, yet still in China!!. PLEASE AVOID!!

No issues at all with this company. Great product cant wait to give it to my partnee for christmas

Avoid this site .. it is a total scam. I ordered the £12.90 offer on the two interior brushes with the option to have them ‘inscribed’ with the BMW logo. Rubbish. The BMW logo is a sticker and comes off immediately. Cannot get anyone to respond to my complaint - through the website or Instagram which is where I ordered. Wish I had trusted my instinct and never ordered.

Was a bit dubious, but arrived today very impressed bought the car perfume, even the customer service replied too me within a day,

As echoed in other reviews, AVOID THIS SITE! My account has been debited for £12.90, small I know but that is not the point. No tracking number sent to me or confirmation other than to say payment went through Shop Pay. I am going to ask my bank if I can get a refund as I have no way of tracking this order. I have sent an email to Nootly. Will also put a poor review on Facebook which is where I found them. Should have known better!

If 0 was an option, I would use it. They basically called me a liar when I only received part of my order. I had to chase the courier for the other part, but Olivia stated that it had been delivered. After getting in touch with the courier, I received the rest of my order the following day, and still nothing back from an email I sent telling them how frustrated and disappointed I was about the whole experience.
​I strongly urge potential customers to consider these service deficiencies before doing business with Nootly, The customer support infrastructure is clearly not equipped to handle even basic issues efficiently or professionally.

Never expected much n glad I didn't spend a lot. Save your money

I requested a return address from them I never received it they stated that my order was a promotional item which it did not state, so was not eligible for a refund to me this was just an excuse to get out of giving a refund, I would never deal with this company again, so be warned.

I’m writing because I had the audacity to request a refund for an item I purchased—silly me for thinking that would be straightforward. Their website boldly claims they respond within 24 hours. Fast forward three days and seven emails later , and all I got was a glorified shrug.
They asked for every possible detail about my order ,only to hit me with the grand finale: This is a promotional product and cannot be refunded.
Honestly, their refund policy feels less like customer service and more like a masterclass in avoidance. It’s not a policy—it’s a polite way of saying we’re keeping your money.
If you value your time, your sanity, and your wallet, do yourself a favour: shop somewhere else. Because here, refunds are mythical creatures and customer support is just smoke and mirrors.

Very misleading advert borderline deceptive.
Ordered what was shown as a full set of seat covers but only received the uppers.
Correspondence was dealt with by a very clever Olivia who quickly told me to read the small print which obviously says I dont have a leg to stand on. NO RETURNS OR REFUND.
I have made a formal complaint to the trading standards .

This company operate with no regard for UK consumer law. They advertise only online, ever product page states "excellent customer service, no quibble money back if not satisfied" along with supportive reviews. So we the customer fall for such.
In reality they only sell their products on Sale/Promotion pricing and hidden within their T&C's it states no refund or return on such. I have tried all angles and they refuse to supply return address for the product I purchased nor recognise UK consumer law of 14 day return. Looking deeper they are not registered at Companies House, so probably a Sole Trader and can easily hide any detail. I asked for help via Citizens Advice but got little. I can only hope at some point Trading Standard track them down where ever they are.

The product supplied did not do what it claimed to do. When I tried to return it, they would not accept returns despite the banner across the advertisement promising full refund if not completely satisfied.
Shocking customer service, rubbish product.

scammed by them. product is nothing like advertised. parts missing. zero response to emails sent in.
