I do NOT recommend signing up with Noomii. I keep receiving mails as well as SMS from them after having asked to be taken off their mailing etc. list. I can neither close my account on their site nor send a messenger through to their "customer service". I honestly believe them to be a scam.

The coaching lead company in the globe. Great team and great business.

Noomii is one of these organisations that puts people and service first. Equally because they go hand in hand. They care their proactively looking for ways to help and they are also a market leader!

I’ve been a coach on Noomii for about two years and since then I have come to really value them. They truly do make me feel like they want me to succeed as coach. I attended Don's 3-day online workshop and was amazed at all that I learned. Don knows what he's talking about at the granular level. I appreciate the practical tips. No "story", no posting content endlessly researching. Thhis lays it out....nobody will hear your story or see your content unless you generate leads. THEN....here's actually HOW to generate leads.

Kept all promises and supplied added value. You can't beat that. Start on time, finish on time and nothing but value in between.

This company guarantees your money back is you do not get any clients. FALSE. This company has great leads. FALSE. The customer service is only convenient to them, not for life coaches. In a year I received a bunch of go nowhere leads. A lot of international leads where English is not spoken fluently. I did not renew this year, because this is a bogus company, I asked for a refund - as promised, but conveniently since I did not do a midterm survey (I was never told about this or communicated there was a survey) I was denied a refund. What a freaking joke!

This is a scam.

I signed up and was immediately flooded with emails, calls and texts (from multiple numbers!) aggressively encouraging me to upgrade to the paid tier.

I had to contact customer service to ask them to delete my account and never contact me again as this wasn't easy to find in their settings. In fact, when I tried to unsubscribe, there was an error.

Maybe this was once a reputable business but not anymore.

I joined Noomii hoping to explore it as a professional directory for coaches. However, after registering, I began receiving an overwhelming volume of promotional and system emails.

I initially started with the $1 annual plan. However, I was directed to promotional videos featuring member of the management team, followed by prominent upgrade buttons. The layout and design felt misleading, and at one point I almost upgraded unintentionally to a much more expensive plan. It gave me the impression of a “one-click” upsell system that could easily result in unexpected charges if users are not extremely careful.

When I reviewed the Terms of Service more carefully, I found very strict and one-sided billing and penalty clauses, including long-term commitments and high late fees. This made me uncomfortable continuing to use the platform.

I therefore requested permanent account deletion and full data erasure. To their credit, the support team processed my request promptly and confirmed that my account and data were deleted.

My main concern is that many users may not fully realize the risks and obligations before signing up. I strongly recommend reading the Terms and Privacy policies in detail before joining.

This platform may work for only a few people, but it is not suitable for everyone, especially those who value transparency and flexibility.

​I started the signup process late last week, intending to go with a hobbyist to test the waters. I got to the last page of account setup and received an error message that said I’m not using the same email I signed up with, so I escalated to customer support. No reply yet.

Meanwhile, my phone AND text are blowing up with messages and calls from Noomii, its founder, etc.:
Saturday NIGHT (starting at 10:37 pm). Sunday (3 calls and 2 texts in less than an hour). This morning.

I’m not impressed.

I think this is a scam. I signed up and paid $1 for the "free" platform, which isn't actually free if I paid a dollar. I got an email instructing me to "finish my free listing" and it directs me to the higher paid packages. When I try to log in and click on the "forgot my password" message, they send a flip email that asks if I have a question they can answer. Shortly after I signed up, called me 3 times with an automated message and blew up my text messages (until I responded with STOP). Horrible platform, preying on people who are trying to help other people.

I can definitely reiterate what people are already saying. This company is a total scam. The very few client referrals I have gotten have been from India or have been clients that had nothing to do with the area of coaching that I'm in. The "Smart Match" system is an absolute joke. The referrals are totally unusable. And the customer service has no intention of honoring any kind of refund. In fact, they make it extremely difficult to end and will even continue to charge your card, even if you tell them you don't want the so-called service anymore. It's a pretty expensive service with absolutely no return, other than stress.

I was one of the unfortunate souls who joined nooni right before it was bought out (without and indication this was happening).
The new ownership is a total scam. They no longer return emails, they ended thcfeature I paid for of being able to recommend myself to prospective clients, and all the leads I was given were in India or the Middle East. Suffice to say I never got a response by any client I was recommended directly from Noomi.

They have not honoured the money back guarantee I signed up with, and have failed to even respond to my messages.

Danger: scam. I have 95% certainty this business is going under within the year. It’s so poorly run it makes me wonder if a competitor bought them out just to sink them, it’s that bad!

I joined Noomii based on clearly advertised features, including the ability for coaches to proactively reach out to people looking for a coach. After my annual membership was paid, this core feature was removed.

Additionally, the main reason I chose this platform was the guaranteed earnings equal to the annual subscription fee OR a guaranteed money-back refund. Noomii changed these terms without any prior notice and without honoring the rights of existing users.

Honestly, I am deeply disappointed and feel misled. I would not want anyone else to make the same mistake I did by subscribing to Noomii, because in reality, they offer nothing of real value.

A huge disappointment and a real shame.

Update:
Several weeks after submitting my refund form, I am still being told that “required questions are missing,” despite completing the form in full on the same day it was sent. No clear explanation has been provided. The refund process continues to be delayed.

I joined in July 2025 based on their then-advertised guarantee that coaches would receive clients or be eligible for a refund. Five months later, I feel deeply misled.
In that time, I received a total of seven “referrals,” none of which were viable. The quality of the leads was extremely poor, often with almost no information provided, no responsiveness, and no indication that these were real, engaged potential clients. Not a single lead replied to any outreach attempts.

The SmartMatch system sounds promising, but in reality it asks only surface-level questions that make meaningful matching nearly impossible. It feels like a system designed to appear sophisticated while producing low-quality matches that go nowhere.

When I requested a refund based on the policy that was active when I enrolled, I was told the guarantee no longer applies due to new ownership... even though the policy was still in place at the time of purchase.

After five months, the platform has produced zero ROI and has not come close to delivering the value it advertises. From my experience, the real revenue model appears to be selling subscriptions to coaches rather than connecting clients with qualified professionals.

I’m sharing this so other coaches don’t waste their money or their hopes. If you rely on genuine, high-quality client connections, this platform is not the right choice.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Don't waste your time. Noomi is a scam. I replied to all the recommendations they sent my way and proactively submitted my profile to a few clients every week, as they recommended. No responses, no matches, no referrals, and now they have changed their terms and conditions for refunds. THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM, and they are scamming hardworking coaches. Report it.
