personalized orientation

Wagner's assistance and orientation for the registration of an apartment was precious. It is good to know that there is someone analyzing what we're doing and talk to us for a better performance.

It’s simple a good offer for a mid term rental. No extra hidden costs and a nice overview of properties to rent. If you can abuse from the usual booking security system offered by other housing platforms, you are here in the right side of the street.

Well taken care

I waited for almost 6 months to have any reservation. Then, one day, a very nice and well educated man called me to make sure that I was aware of the messages I was supposed to answer. That procedure allowed me to correct some details and be able to host.
