Nolovegym Arvostelua 

i ordered a trapstar tracksuit on the 1 december.On the shop app it says shipped but when i email i get no response.This is appalling.I bought this a christmas present and it may not arrive as i have no information or i may never get my money back.

I’ve still not received my order and haven’t received any emails about what’s happening

Ordered a Trackstar jacket on 1st December. Chased it up a number of times by email and although I received a response on first 2 occasions my 3rd email has received no response. It is now the 16th December.and it looks likely my sons present for Christmas will not arrive. Not sure about the authenticity of this company and whether I will ever get the product or my money back.will update on progress

Really good customer service. Surprised to see how response they were, not to mention the quality of the product. Will definitely be coming back.

As stated in the title, wasn't really sure about this new company, but they have really helped me throughout my customer journey from offering me gift cards while I wait for my item. Really happy about my item. Yes I am a real person and i would recommend!

Somewhat dubious & appears to be a scam.

Reported to fraud team at bank & Cybercrime Unit .
Shall ask Police for investigation also.

so, i’ve ordered a trapstar jacket and i’ve had no emails/messages, and it says not able to provide a tracking number after being forced to connect my amazon account to see it and still nothing, been shipped for around 5 days now and nothing, just very odd that i’ve paid 170 pounds and nothing to say when my package will be delivered, or where it is, this was a christmas present and i’m really upset that i’ve had to pay 170 pounds for potentially nothing.

I have to now add to this review again because the jacket did actually turn up today. I have immediately emailed Nolovegym to ask to return it to them. I also know exactly why they didn't know the tracking number. They are ordering third party and the parcel came directly from China. I will return the coat to Nolovegym directly, as it is their property, I assume, not the property of the guy in China. Very confusing and this wasn't explained to me ever. It cannot be genuine Trapstar to have made profit for so many parties and still be £153 to me.

In response to their reply, the claims are only bizarre, if they aren't true. They did pretend to offer a tracking number and a voucher too (they also said I could buy a jacket). Neither of these ever materialized, no tracking number, no voucher, along with no jacket. I was still chasing them for information. No courtesy emails and no updates were volunteered. Proof of postage was all I asked for. They still can't provide this, so naturally the trust has gone. I will update this review if anything changes.

Interesting that these other reviews Ordered AFTER me and already have their goods😂🤔. I Ordered a Jacket back in November. Finally the shop app notified me it had been shipped but no confirmation ever came from The company via email. Nothing arrived either, so I chased them for information. They offered a poor excuse for not being able to offer me a tracking number. Too many orders apparently (online delivery makes it so easy to access this information, they must be using post it notes to document their sales and pigeons to carry the goods). Said they'd try to find a tracking number for me, so I waited. They never got back to me. I decided that nothing about this transaction felt right. Especially the immediate offer of an Amazon voucher, rather than to offer me
the proof of shipping I wanted. Ludicrous behaviour. Luckily the bank will retrieve the funds and have refunded me in the mean time, as I was concerned at how long it might take to get a refund, given the fact that it's been almost a month since I paid for my goods. If they really have shipped the jacket, as the company indicated to me, I'll be very surprised, as they didn't even tell me to refuse the delivery at this point, once I had explained I was done waiting. A normal company would ask that I refuse the delivery when it arrives. They've acted as if nothing was ever lost by them, which is no surprise, as so far they've gained £153 and been unable to prove that anything was posted to me. I'd say these good reviews are off friends. Steer clear unless you like chasing after people who have your money.

Amazing products and love the support and service that i was given. Very polite customer service and very easy to use the website to find the products i wanted. 10/10 in my opinion will definitely purchase from here again.

I love my jacket. Amazing quality for the money. The order was slightly delayed by a few days however I was met with a fantastic customer experience and was treated very well by the team. Top Quality, top service, and I have my eyes on the next jacket.
