Before I started this program, my days were filled with fear and anxiety. Overthinking all day I didn’t notice that my life was passing by and I wasn’t living in the present moment. Worried about dealing with anxiety left me feeling stuck. I didn’t recognize myself anymore.

6 weeks into the program I regained my confidence, I am laughing more, being the life of the party I use to be, but even better I am starting to do all the things I enjoy and love.

I consider this Program and Coach Mike as God’s answer to my 20 years of prayers! I have been battling with anxiety for two decades and was living a restricted life - a life full of fear, disappointments, and remorse! Anxiety buried the ‘real me’ deep down somewhere in the core of the earth, and I was living life just for the sake of fulfilling my obligations to others and loved ones. Things changed when I clicked on that feed that popped up on my Facebook about this transformational program. I was skeptical at first but decided to listen to the webinar anyway. I was impressed by Coach Mike’s presentation and his confidence and commitment to recovery. I had nothing to lose, and I did the right thing to sign up. My trust and confidence only grew stronger after I received a call from Katy - a sort of initial screening call. In a few days, I started working with Coach Mike and Doreen, and now am in the sixth week. I must tell you, Coach Mike has found a workable solution to handle this issue, because the program was methodical, structured, and addressed the root cause of the problem! Also, the team gave practical advice to set the expectations right, as the program is not a magic pill that you take and things will fall in place next second, but it demanded my efforts, my small yet careful steps, with proper guidance and assurance from the team. This program has cracked the code of anxiety! Now, about my status, I am still fine-tuning things, addressing the resistances one by one while enjoying the progress I made so far! I now know why I had prolonged anxiety, and I also know how to handle it if there’s a trigger, and quickly navigate back to my goals and focus all my attention on productive things. For me, that’s a big deal and a major milestone in my recovery. I am excited to see what’s more there as I currently reviewing my bucket list - the things I always wanted to do but couldn’t be due to my anxiety! Coach Mike is a phenomenal coach and does an excellent job of helping people get out of overwhelm and anxiety! The life long tools that he provided have changed my life. When I first came into the program I was on hyper alert and had a lot of anxiety as I had 3 incidents where I hurt my head and was suffering from concussion symptoms. I couldn’t get over obsessing over what had happened and how it was holding me back and the tools he provided really helps me to focus on I am happy, whole, and complete just as I am and to stop obsessing over my head injuries! Struggled with anxiety for most of my adult life. Medications, biofeedback, therapy. Meds helped to keep at bay, but had side effects - no highs or lows. Acceptance changed that, and me. Hi everyone I joined the program feeling hopeless and defeated.I am on my week 7 I have clarity, hope , energy, enjoyment , happiness in my life. I am at peace at work and home. When I first heard about this program, I was honestly skeptical. I was taking numerous prescriptions for anxiety, depression, and ADHD, and had seen multiple therapists and psychologists. I had tried everything. Some days were better than others, but as a whole, I didn’t think I’d ever be out from under those storm clouds, and I didn’t really believe that someone could help me in any significant way.

I was wrong. Through this program, I learned methods to overcome the suffering I’d been living with for decades, and truly changed my reality. My Mind went crazy…

and i didnt know what to do. blacking out while almost driving into a building. coming to…drooling…feeling like i had a heart attack…and on my way to think ‘this is how it ends? I needed a change. It took years of unconscious conditioning to achieve prefect anxiety. That event i knew i had to make a change. I googled ‘Anxiety expert’ and Coach Mike appeared. It was my last attempt at me. Through Mike and Doreens coaching and process i am more than happy to say I have my family, business and MY LIFE Back in such a big way. Life isn’t perfect. perfection is un-attainable, but the inner freedom, peace, happiness is. I cannot Thank Coach Mike and Doreen enough for their love a guidance. Now, i am peace, i am happy and i am free…and nothing feels better than that!
