Just when I had almost lost hope in life, I kept coming across ads about the AFE program. I clicked on it one day and started seeing the testimonials from the people who had done the program. It was March 2022 and I was desperate! I had been feeling unwell for many years with 3.5 years being bed ridden - my life was a living nightmare.

My husband presented the idea to start this program after the many failed attempts of getting medical help. At first, I believed that only a doctor would be able to heal me, but I was very wrong.

For some background info, I was diagnosed with Lyme disease a few years back and I could barely function and needed help and support daily to get through life. I was so fatigued and dizzy all the time - at times I wasn’t even able to walk or drive. Even a walk from my bedroom to the bathroom made me exhausted, I had to lay down right after again. Additionally, I was constantly suffering from migraines, back pain and blurred and painful vision which also led to increased anxiety. I have had anxiety for as long as I can remember and due to my ongoing and never ending health issues my anxiety was just getting worse by the day. There were times I thought that I was insane. I could barely recognize myself anymore - in everything and everyone I found a reason to get anxious. One of the most bizarre incidents was the time I was freaking out about a smoke detector in our house and my husband had to cover it up with tape so I wouldn’t see the red light appearing there. My whole body would be shaking and it took a while before I could calm myself down.

I cried myself to sleep most nights and I was about to give up. It’s very difficult to write this but there had been a few times I thought it would be best if I would end my life so my family wouldn’t have to suffer anymore. It was this bad.

Anyway, the program started and I still remember the hope I suddenly got and I was excited for the first time in a very long time.

During this time, I was listening to the modules and Q&A calls over and over and I practiced the acceptance throughout the day etc. I hadn’t been in the program for a long time and I already started feeling so much better. My vision got sharp and my eyes were not painful any longer, the fatigue faded away, I started to feel more calm and eventually the anxiety and health issues disappeared. I just finished the 8-week-program and honestly, I have never felt this good my entire life. I am now able to make normal plans which was never possible before and my kids enjoy spending time with me! Every day I wake up with so much energy and happiness that I could hug the entire world. I know this is only the beginning and I feel so excited for what the future has in store for me.
