I’m in the final week of this program and have joined the inner circle for 2026. I can honestly say the past 8 weeks have been the most ground breaking improvement for my mental state. Coach Mikes process is informative, easy to implement, straight forward and guided me through the actions I must take to effectively retrain my subconscious mind to one of acceptance. His method is well constructed to provide rapid and noticeable improvement within weeks and his level of personal involvement holds you accountable for maintaining and becoming an expert at the process for life long change. I am going through the 8 week program and I can’t say enough great things about the program. Coach Mike and his staff are so dedicated and supportive and work hard to help you achieve your greatest potential. It has helped me get out of being stuck in my work, and in turn helping me in all aspects of my life. I love the coaching calls, weekly group calls and listening to the modules. It’s at a pace that anyone can fit into their life. I was skeptical at first because I’ve tried coaching in the past. Great experience going through the 8-week program! Easy to digest recordings that you can listen to in the car, on a walk, or really any way you prefer. Weekly coaching calls with Mike are invaluable. Weekly Q&A sessions with others in the program is a great way to hear how others are doing. The simple thing about the program is that if you just follow the instructions, you succeed. If you decide that you want to succeed, you will. For anyone struggling with work anxiety or communication with a spouse or chaos at home, etc., this program is for you! 5/5 stars, highly recommend.

I finished my 8 week program two weeks ago and I’ve signed up for an additional program. I’ve struggled for years with depression, anxiety, imposter syndrome. I was on medication for years. I’m now off meds and flourishing.

Why I love the Program:
-for those of you who have studied self-help for a long time searching for an answer, you’ll probably find that the concepts implemented are not completely foreign to you. That’s a good thing because, if properly implemented (do the work!), they work. But many just choose not to because it’s easier to go with the current fad…

-What I value most is having Coach Mike and team making me accountable. Daily. With loving support. And that can be tough love at times, when it’s needed. Mike truly cares that his clients maintain success. The concepts I learned in the program: some were completely new to me, which was awesome. Others, I found myself saying “I know that”. But even the things we know, it’s important to remember the importance of coaching: why did Tiger Woods have a swing coach? Why did Michael Phelps have a swim coach?
