Be careful: they keep trying to charge me after cancellation
I used Noiz.ai for one month and paid for a subscription. The actual service itself worked fine, so this review is not about the product quality.
The problem started after I cancelled my subscription. Even after cancellation, they continued trying to charge my card. I blocked the merchant, so the payments could not go through, but I can still see repeated attempts to take money from my account almost every day.
I contacted their support and asked them to stop charging me and delete my account. They ignored my messages for one or two weeks. Only after I sent multiple emails did they finally reply and say that my account had been deleted.
But even after the account was supposedly deleted, they are still trying to charge me.
This is completely unacceptable. A company should not continue attempting to take money after a subscription has been cancelled and an account has been deleted. In my experience, this feels like a scammy billing practice.
I strongly recommend being very careful with this service. If you decide to try it, use a virtual card or a card you can easily block, because cancelling the subscription may not actually stop the payment attempts.
