Great recruiter, Sunny communicated throughout the recruitment process

I used Noir Consulting and Lina specifically for many years across many hires in my previous companies and roles and always found she was up to date with the technology industry and found the right candidates for the right roles - recommended.

I worked with Lina at Noir many years ago when she was at the start of her career, and the experience has stayed with me ever since. At the time, Lina was heavily involved in the Lloyd’s of London Insurance market and had an impressive grasp of how vital it was to understand the business from a Software Development perspective.

She was the only agent who truly took the time to listen to what we needed in a developer — and even went so far as to present a candidate who made us rethink our own strategy! Lina offered thoughtful advice, introduced high-quality candidates, and showed a genuine level of care for her clients that set her apart from the rest.

Highly recommended.

I highly recommend Lina Savjani as a recruiter. She provided exceptional support throughout the entire application process, from the initial stages to my first day at my new company.

I greatly appreciate Lina’s professionalism, attentiveness, and dedication. Her guidance and effort made the interview process smooth and focused on success.

I worked with Sunny Bhalla from October 2024 - April 2025. He responded to any queries quickly and kept me in the loop w.r.t contract.
Shout out to Gloria in accounts as well, for being diligent and helpful with regard to timesheets and invoicing.

Good candidates found in a short period of time

Fantastic team who have found us several very talented Software Developers, with excellent vetting and communication.

I worked with Nathan Warner and he is professional, communicative, and genuinely interested in representing best both parties. It was a pleasure to work with him and I’d gladly recommend him to anyone seeking a role or fill a position.

Sunny was an absolute star and pleasure to deal with when he landed me a contract role, always polite, helpful and available when I had a question, made a nice change to deal with someone so human and helpful

Noir Consulting helped me secure a job offer through their excellent recruiter picking. I couldn’t have achieved a job offer without Sunny Bhalla, as he went above and beyond as a recruiter for prepping me with the interview stages along with useful information he provided!

Fantastic service. Thank you very much Sunny.

We've been working with Sunny and the experience has been flawless, we went through a process to make sure the situation was right for us but throughout Sunny was amazing and created a situation that wouldn't exist without him

Sunny was fantastic with his communication throughout my time speaking with him. Brilliant service.

I’ve had a great experience working with Noir and Sunny in particular. He provided updates instantly and gave great prep advice - not just specific to the position, but also interviewing in general - which made me feel confident throughout the process. I’d happily recommend Noir to anyone looking for their next role.

Went well, Sunny was very helpful and got me placed in an excellent and fitting role.
