My first perception was the packaging
My first perception was the packaging. It was packed with paper products as opposed to plastic and it was packed carefully the unit is exceptionally well takes all the guest work out of what you’re trying to do this brought up with just as described. and definitely worth the money

Fantastic customer service, fantastic products!
I am absolutely loving my Pot by Noids and the customer service while ordering some extra parts has been among the best customer service I have ever had.
(To be clear, I wanted extra parts & spares for convenience and multi batch processing. There has not been any issues at all with the parts I received initially!)
Love the device and products, love the customer service, love and really appreciate Noids commitment to environmentally friendly packaging! Fantastic company!

Easy to use and Uncomplicated
Easy to use and Uncomplicated. but the fact you have to turn the whole devie to turn it off is bit Cumber some when distilling ethanol

The delivery took 30 days not 3-6 days. Communication during the wait existed but it appeared to be AI and not a person I was in contact with. Lots of irrelevant and automated mails. I was under the impression that I got scammed, but in the end my order arrived

Pour l'instant extrêmement déçu, on me dit qu'il y aura du retard etc. Je dis bon ok c'est pas grave ça arrive, et là je reçois un mail qui me demande comment est le produit que je n'ai pas reçu, avec 0 suivi etc.
Ils ont deux sites avec deux design différents (Celui écrit par trustpilot et celui où il emmène sont 2 adresses différentes)
Et là ça fait plusieurs jours que j'ai 0 nouvelles à mes tickets etc. Heureusement que j'ai payé par Paypal pour pouvoir s'opposer facilement. Je suis en train de croiser les doigts pendant encore quelques jours et après tant pis.

Toutes mes excuses pour le retard d'expédition et de réponse, notre expédition a été retardée par le transporteur, nous étions en rupture de stock plus longtemps que prévu. Mon collègue Thomas vous a contacté à ce sujet, mais la communication a été interrompue à cause des vacances, c'est notre erreur.
Je viens de vérifier que votre colis est en route, et je n'ai vu aucune demande de remboursement sur Paypal, nous serions ravis de vous rembourser si vous le souhaitez, encore une fois désolé pour le retard, je comprends votre frustration.
