the worst online experience!

I have ordered from this company several times but I will never do it again, it takes them 2/3 weeks to ship goods that they say they have in stock ready to ship.

Worse than all this, however, is the superficiality with which they treat customers, not responding to support emails or requests for clarification.

On one occasion I had to return a product once and had to wait 3 weeks to get my refund (after repeatedly texting).

The market is full of interesting brands for denim, buy something else, buy from companies that treat their customers well and deserve your money.

Horrible customer service and quality. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I’ve been a returning customer for more than year but after my last experience I’m never buying from the again. I ordered two jackets and I received them 3 months later. It’s not until weeks later that I now notice that they both have damaged pockets!!! The inside of the pockets were not sewn to begin with. BOTH JACKETS. Absolutely horrible.

I have ordered from NFS twice. The first time I had to wait three months for my order and the second time I also had to wait three months, even though they market their items as made to order. I would not recommend buying anything from NFS if you don’t want to wait 3+ months for your order.

I placed an order for a Multipocket Bag from No Faith Studios on December 8 and was told the delivery time would be about two weeks. However, the item was never delivered.

After waiting well beyond the promised timeframe, I contacted the seller asking for updated information about my package and an explanation for the delay. The seller was uncooperative, and when I asked if they could provide details or explain why the shipment was taking so long, their response was simply “no.”

After I opened a dispute through PayPal due to the lack of delivery, the seller only then added a tracking number, which did not show valid shipment activity or confirmation of delivery to my address.

Because there was still no proof of shipment or delivery, I had to continue the dispute process with PayPal. The process took months of back and forth, but the claim was ultimately resolved in my favor and I received a refund.

It’s disappointing because I was genuinely excited about the item (I already have it in a different color) and expected a smoother experience given the price. Based on my experience, the product was never delivered and resolving the issue required a lengthy dispute process.

I’m writing this March 7, 2026. I should have received the bag December 26th at the latest. Unacceptable, save your money and shop with a reputable designer.

This company will try to trip you up at every turn if you want to return something. The important thing is to INSIST.

I bought something and wanted to return it and the process was so annoying. They require you to contact then in order to return an item, and when I sent them an email they purposefully waited until the 14 day-return-policy was up before they answered and then told me the return window had closed. Fortunately I knew they couldn't do that and I wrote back insisting on the return so they accepted it. Then I sent my package and after it had been delivered they took the whole 14 days before processing my refund.

In the end I got my money back but it was stressful and annoying as hell.

I placed an order at the end of November, and it still hasn't arrived. They respond to emails slowly and constantly lie about delivery times. The last time they sent me a tracking code, there was no delivery information for that code. Every reply was a lie. This company is absolutely crap. I never recommend buying anything from them. I have to give them one star, but if I had the option, I would give them minus 5 stars.

We ordered a jacket in November for Black Friday. STILL in mid February, it has not been shipped. We cannot get hold of customer service. We just receive generic emails. We cannot get a refund or any help on the issue.
