Excellent support, asked them if I could pay via PayPal (isn't a method on their website, currently) and after a few days they confirmed, and I paid using it. Recommend them 100%

Banned me from the service and all my clients VPS for no reason

Edit: No, i only break the ToS 1 time.
and it is very unprofessional to ban all services because of my discord tag.

You were banned from our services due to multiple violations of our terms of service, including but not limited to illegal use of our products, DDOS’s originating from your VPS, and hosting illegal software.

Your account was banned subsequently after two strikes. We do not take abuse on our network lightly and your situation is a perfect representation of that.

If you would have used our services legitimately, you would have been all good.

Please do not spout untrue claims when you are the one at fault.
