Echt top service ik mis de winkel op zuidplein enorm

Niet duidelijk aangegeven wat ze wel en niet kopen

Prima ervaring, maar jammer genoeg alleen maar online en is de fysieke vestiging in onze stad gesloten.

Redelijk snel verzonden game xbox one.
Cd zat zonder hoesje in een wel heel dun envelopje. Maar is gelukkig zonder beschadigingen aangekomen

om hun een steun in de rug te geven toch nog snel een bestelling gedaan.

Cex heeft de activiteiten in Nederland plots gestopt, zonder van te voren te informeren. Ik heb nog een tegoedbon staan, deze is nog geldig. Waarom is hier niet niet over geïnformeerd? Heeft iemand een idee hoe ik mijn geld toch kan ontvangen? Ze geven hier zelf geen informatie over.

Bought 2 phones on Monday. Galaxy a26 and iphone 14.
the shops in Holland have closed down. I still had a voucher so purchased 2 phones in York. I didn't have time to check the iphone was working. The voucher had been converted to British pounds.
Getting home after 3 days the galaxy was working fine but the iphone wouldn't. start up, stalled and got very hot.
I told them about the problem and all they could say take it a cex shop anywhere ??? There are no shops overhere. I proposed to have it fixed here and send them the bill. They wouldn't hear of it. As it was a Xmas present for my wife I had no choice. Took it to a repair shop. The battery was faulty and it needed new software. Cost me 114 EU in all. Send them the bill but they won't reimburse me.
What can I do? I even asked them to give me a voucher, but they declined that too.

Product was beschadigd bij aankomst vanwege slechte verpakkung tujdens de verzending

Heb daar voor weinig een leuke router van Asus gekocht. Het scheelde me zo'n 120 euro. Enige nadeel is dat ze met DHL werken en persoonlijk vind ik dat de slechtste koerier diens die bestaat.

Altijd leuke en goede ervaringen met CEX / Webuy. Zo enorm jammer dat ze Nederland verlaten hebben. Hoop echt op een terugkomst zodat ik mijn favoriete games hier weer kan bestellen!
