Well, I have given them chance after chance and I'm on my 4th device and like 10th leaky, messy pod. I'm not sure what's going on with Njoy but our relationship is over. I bought them because of convenience but not anymore. I did complain to them and they want my devices and my leaky pods which intern means that I will be waiting for weeks for replacements.

Same here…years of use, no problem. But for the last maybe month or so, they all leak! Thought maybe the device was shot…fine. They’re dirt cheap. Bought brand new device and new pack of pods yesterday and…they all leak. WHat gives?

Smoked Njoy menthol for about 2 years now and for some reason every pod leaks now? Thought it was the hot weather, but even the ones I leave on the counter leak everywhere, even when I don’t smoke it??

I absolutely love these pods. This is the only brand I use. HOWEVER, I've gotten 2 bad batches of pods. They won't charge in the device. I've tried everything to get them to work. How do we tell the company there's a bad batch of pods out there? I've even replaced the device incase you are wondering 🤔...

EVERY single pod leaks now. its disgusting, smelly, messy, expensive, and unacceptable. They're all brown and taste gross/burnt immediately. I buy a new device pretty much every day thinking that may remedy it and it leaks in 3 minutes each time. loyal customer since their inception 3/4 years ago when their products were second to none in the quality control department. I don't even feel like i have a choice but to find an alternative. very upsetting that this is where we're at.

Pack after pack after pack has leaked profusely. At this point I’ve spent thousands on NJOY over the years, yes, thousands, but I’m now researching other vapes. NJOY used to be the best option and now they’re one of the worst. The flavor has gotten much worse as well. If they would fix the leaking I’d stick around but it’s not worth it when you know you’ll have a mess on your hands and wasted money. Listen to your customers and fix the issue!!! We spend way too much for it to continue happening. You’re not a customer satisfaction based company and that’s exactly how you go out of business.

I bought my classic tobacco pods last night and I put it in and it’s burnt, so I’m irritated I just say f it I’ll use the other pod cause I’m to lazy to go back to the store and replace it, the second pod (also brand new) burnt, so this morning I go hack and they switch it out for me I get a new pack of the same thing, again both are burnt.

I have been using these for years with no problem recently they started to leak like crazy. Every once in a while to have a leaker isn't too bad but recently 80% leak. Then I happened across Trustpilot and hundreds if not thousands of complaints and these are just the people taking the time to complain. You guys have a SERIOUS problem. For Q/C to ignore this for this long is almost criminal. Fix your Sh!t guys.

It's a hit and miss with this company. It took me a long time to get used to their sweet taste of their classic tobacco pods. My biggest complaint is the fact that their pods leak liquid inside of the actual body. As I said earlier, it's hit-and-miss. As the pods are going up in price in my state (PA. now $15 per pack=2 pods per pack), those pods should never leak, yet they do! Get it together or I will find somewhere else to spend my money.

I have bought my last pack of Njoy pods. The burnt taste of some, and now they are leaking like crazy. A pod used to last me 3 days, now it lasts one day because all the juice leaks out.

Bought classic tobacco pods this morning and one didn't work at all in the pack. Disappointing. And not the first time something has been wrong with the pods. Not to mention how many of the devices we have been through because they stopped working properly.

When I’m about 3/4ths done with the pod, it begins to taste extremely burnt to the point where I can use it. There’s always a bunch of juice left in the pod but it goes to waste since it tastes burnt. Same thing has been happening with the NJOY disposable vapes, about halfway through it tastes extremely burnt. I will no longer be using this.

I have been using these for about 2 years now. Always menthol ones. And recently have been going through pods like crazy. They are always tasting burnt right away. And now these brand new pods I got have brown liquid in them when it’s normally clear. Something is off with them and I will probably be switching

I've been using this vape product since it came out just recently I've been getting classic tobacco now there some how mixing menthol in with it tastes really nasty and store won't trade for different pack or refund so stuck wasting money if it continues I'm switching

I've used these for 3+years and this year ive had nothing but issues. They have this weird taste. I already contacted support once but they offered me like half of what I paid for the nasty pods. Ive spent hundreds of dollars on bad packs and it's so annoying. Why are yhall not fixing this issue?!?!?!?!

I've been using Njoy pods for 3 years now. For about the last 6 months about half of the Njoy pods taste burnt. Bought some classic tobacco pods this morning and both taste like menthol. Don't waste your money. I'll be switching brands after this.

Njoy used to be one of my favorite vapes but not anymore. I have been wasting so much money on burnt brown nasty pods it’s not even funny, and to see how many complaints they have about the same thing and STILL nothing is being done is beyond me. And don’t even go through trying to get a refund cause it’s BS. Will be switching to another brand. These are trash now!

Terrible quality,I have been having problems with pods either not working,leaking in the package even with the plugs in it,were burning out really fast and tasting horrible before the pods half empty.When I contacted customer service with a review on their site they were gonna send me a $10 gift card but only after they received the products that were bad that I had to mail personally at the post office which is a little hard when you’re disabled

I have been using njoy pods for close to three years now and made the switch from regular vaping. I absolutely love the classic tobacco flavor ones. Sometimes they are old and taste burnt but mostly they are fresh and I haven't had another tobacco flavor that tastes as smooth as the classic tobacco flavor. I like to run cross country in my free time and would not be able to do that if I smoked cigarettes. So with that said I am a proud njoy smoker and will be until I decide to quit.

Njoy Brown Pods/ Burnt Pods(classic tobacco) are back in North Central Florida. I buy my Njoy Pods from different stores, but no matter where I go it's a toss up on whether or not I'll get a good pack of pods or a bad pack. I'm tired of wasting so much money on bad packs of Njoy Pods that are so awful I can't even vape them. The last few weeks, every box is bad, most are the disgusting brown colored juice or they look clear like the good pods but the coil is burnt from the very first puff off a new pod. I got excited a few days ago because I got a pack of Njoy Pods that were clear colored, took my first puff off of one of those pods, it taste like burnt cotton and there was no fixing it. It's just a complete waste of time and money dealing with Njoy, they don't care if you buy garbage products from them they just want your money, quality control is not something they're worried about. I'm done with Njoy.
