While we appreciate that there are others out there offering lower prices than us, we feel lowering prices more than what they are at the moment will be detrimental on our customers as they will have to be content with a mediocre service and that is not what we stand for. You placed your order on a Friday, and our policy which is clearly stated on our website says NEXT WORKING DAY delivery. Saturday isn't a working day and Parcelforce (our delivery partner) don't work on weekends.
Our policy also states that all orders placed after 11am on Thursdays are automatically carried over to the following week and processed on Mondays to be delivered on Tuesday.
We can also confirm that this customer did get their parcel a few hours after placing this review. We tried reaching out to them but have been unsuccessful in doing so.
We wouldn't withhold a customer's parcel as that wouldn't be beneficial to us and we are all about building trust with our customers.

The order came early and the food…
The order came early and the food stuffs are great except for the fresh vegetables and peppers that are not fresh again but when I complained I was told fresh vegetables arrive every Sundays that I can order on weekends to get the fresh ones.
