I wish there was a rating in negative. Nirbani was the worst experience of my life ordering online. They don’t have real photos on the website and the clothes are completely different and bad quality. They have still to deliver half of my order and it’s been 7 months. The team is so rude and uninterested. I’m calling them constantly for updates and they are content lying and giving me fake timelines. At this point i am so done with the nirbani people they refuse to give me refund and just hang up my calls. Absolutely disgusting and pathetic

Fake company. Its been 9 months since i have placed an order, not received anything till date. Made full advance payment of 5500 . Do not trust this website

Disgusting it took almost two months for them to deliver the products that too after so many mails and yet they had the audacity to blame me for writing mails to them for inquiries for the paid products and that was LOL
Finally they delivered the two kurta sets which I ordered one in large and second one in 2XL , god knows what measurement they use but I have no energy as to get into fight for exchange and again chase them for another god knows how many more months. But the quality is garbage. Cheap cotton has been used plus fitting of pants is extremely disgusting as if they were trying to save every inch of fabric, and look of kurta sets is like complete WASTE OF MONEY
EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
like you’ve to be literally after their life to get your products otherwise just forget them and if you’re lucky to receive but don’t expect the quality you actually paid for, looking on their website.
Fake scam what not these people are

Don’t even feel like giving a star please don’t buy from them it’s completely fake account they don’t deliver the product you order nor do they return your money back and when you ask for refund they are rude and making excuses they don’t have refund policy seriously feel like abusing this beggars but leave bloody poor

Edit- i received my order of one cotton salwar after over one month and multiple threats and requests. Salwar quality is decent. Similar to brands on Myntra. But not worth the effort and heartburn interacting with Nirbani causes you.

I wish I could post pictures here.its been one month since I ordered. I kept asking again and again. They kept saying it'll be sent. Finally I sent threatening messages which got their attention. Language used by them is derogatory too. Classless, cheap company out to cheat people.

Worst shopping experience ever I placed my prepaid order for 8k last year in december, since then no product recieved
Neither they reply nor they take my calss, My money is gone, no one should buy anything from them.

I ordered iced teal suit set from nirbani.com.
This company is a horrific setup for looting money from it's customer. They have a horrible customer support team. They are rude, unprofessional and so indifferent ignorant that it'll make you mad 😡.
The order took 8 months to deliver in between I wasn't updated about anything until unless I text/call the like 100times. Only then they'll send a single sentence answer and won't respond for another week.
The quality of fabric, embroidery, and fitting is so questionable nobody won't even pay 1500 for such item and they charged me 6 to 7 thousand for it. I can't believe they do me so wrong. I never ever suggest anyone to buy anything from them.😡😡🤬🤬

Fraud company!! No Customer Service! Totally different coloured products received in real after one month of prepaid order! Recieved third copy product of the image posted on site . asked for return , exchange no response until today . such an irresponsible Customer care service. Im saddened by the day i came across your website and waited for months contemplating to order some suits from your company only to be scammes and left ignored like this

I ordered items april 2023 but they are not doing delivery till today 2 october 2023 . I called them there is no response so please not order with them trust me they will take your money and hold it for long time for no reason and they will not give your money back

Hi guys it's a fraud company...I didn't read the comments on Google before placing the order, have I been I wouldn't have to take risk of loosing my money..complete scamster...more than a month and no delivery when chasing them multiple times, audacity of them showing u fraud receipt that address not found...pls guys beware of them..I'm going to seek consumer forum help to get my money but do let me know if anybody raised complaint against them and abt the results..each day they are trapping customers and this site is still accessible by many users who are placing orders and their money got stucked

Fraud they took money in February till August no delivery nor refunding the money. Never order on nirbanindia nor replying

I wouldn't give any rating for their service. Haven't received the product and they don't respond to messages.kindly stay away from such fradulant sites.

These are complete frauds!
Had placed an order last year and they took 3+ months to get it delivered, such cheap the product looked. When I asked for return and refund they told they only provide exchange or store credit.
Had ordered again with the store credit March 7th 2023 and after 4 months, still no dispatch details. No delivery, nothing.
Worst ever store. These are just some frauds working to mint money and fraud people.

They never deliver the products themselves until you message them day and night asking the status of the order.
Do not fall for this trap.

I placed my order on 20th Feb. I've recieved the order on 24th of June. To recieve the order, it took me 2 months of incessant follow-ups.
What I ordered was a silk suit set, with beautiful lace work (price +4K INR). What I've received is some polyester material with really bad quality lace (not even worth 1000 INR).
There are no proactive updates about the product and there's a clear intention to cheat the buyers.

I have ordered 6 indian suits from the website on 5th April 2022. Before ordering I asked on whatsapp if they could be delivered before eid i.e. 22nd April 2023. Once they confirmed then I placed the order of total amount INR 20194. I have been contacting with them since then and it's been more than 2 months and I didn't receive any product. I have contacted them so many times but they are really rude and saying they will deliver. But everytime they promise a new date. Still I didn't get any product and once I told them that I will file a complaint then they said " File it and we will share the dispatching details with legal team of yours only". This is quite a harrassment to consumers and public where they have taken the money and not delivering the product. I have asked them to refund my money and in return they are saying that they follow "No refund" policy. I need my money back and the loss that I incurred due to the same.

Placed an order on 15th April’23 and 2 months no response . The team replies on WhatsApp always that it’s the mail , they hide comments on their Instagram
Page . It’s dubious and I am now questioning whether it’s an authentic website tbh. I Think my money is lost.
