I found Niralla Sweets through google while being over 5000 kilometres apart. The choice on the menu were just right as one wanted but the concern was packaging to be good enough for home delivery to a small British town. Within moments of approaching via WhatsApp through its website, one of the management team members spared her time to respond to my queries, and soon a pair of stylish and sturdy boxes were ready with the sweets of choice. The delivery was timely as the Niralla team followed it till the las mile. Instead of my family, the Niralla team member informed me of the gift's deliver. I am so happy at the quality of perfectionism, professionalism and customer-care exists. Thanks a million!
