Unforgettable Cultural Experiences!
We had an absolutely incredible experience with Chris during our private tours in Nagoya and Tokyo. From the very beginning, he set an incredibly high bar for what a tour guide should be. He is knowledgeable, personable, and went above and beyond to make our trip memorable. One of the highlights for us was Chris introducing us to the world of goshuin (shrine stamps). Collecting these stamps turned into a personal mission for us. We ended up visiting over 30 temples and shrines during our trip, successfully filling up and completing our books. It is easily the most unique and cherished souvenir we are taking home. Chris also helped us navigate the best local experiences. He recommended great places to eat near where we were staying, including Yamachan with their signature fried chicken and the unbelievable all-you-can-eat wagyu dinner at Rokkasen Otakibashi. He continued to stay in contact with us whenever we had questions or wanted more recommendations after our tours were completed. If you are looking for a guide who is an expert in local culture, and is genuinely invested in giving you the best experience, I cannot recommend Chris enough.
