Great experience overall
I used NI Parcels to send 7 boxes from NI to England via DPD and everything went smoothly. Collection was towards the end of the specified time window and they were helpful on the phone when I called to ask when it’d be. The boxes arrived on time and in good condition, price was better than I expected. Tracking was slow to update at times but overall would recommend!

Most excellent customer service! Highly recommend them. I had accidentally missed an important part of the delivery address and hence there was delay with the delivery. Matthew was prompt to reply to my emails during weekend hours and was efficient in communicating with the company to alert them if the issue. Great price and great customer support!

I used ni parcels by mistake . I found it a little expensive to post to Australia,but they delivered the parcel in six days which was great and I was able to track every stage of its journey. That's why I give it five stars . Would I use ni parcel service again ,yes .

Nightmare dishonest company
Nightmare dishonest company, save yourself alot of stress and go elsewhere. got this message from Simon telling me they have broken my package
"Thank you for chosing NI Parcels for your recent order.
Unfortunately, we have received some bad news from our courier partner, City Air Express, regarding your shipment. The team have advised us that due to a road traffic collision involving the delivery van, your shipment has been damaged and will be returned to the collection address. We are sincerely sorry for the inconvenience caused, as this is not something we want our customers to experience."
They followed up by refusing to compensate me for the good they broken (value £149.99) and refused to refund the courier charge of £14.95. Wont give a photo of the broken item either. Threatened to block me account if i did a credit card chargeback.. disgusting behavior

If there is any issue with a shipment and it is returned due to a courier issue a full refund would always be provided. If there is damage, all shipments come with compensation cover as per the terms and condition, if the items is prohibited or non-compensation then there would be no cover. I hope this information is helpful and look forward to hearing from you.

To complete but this whole thing of goods travelling from UK Mainland to the UK Northern Ireland that's a joke. Not NI Parcels fault but government problems. Issuing of UKIMS not given to all companies in Northern Ireland for some reason . You have to apply for it yet you were given a EORI and an XI number when brexit took place.

Delivery service NI Parcels
Great service and excellent communication from start to finish. My item was delivered on time, and I received confirmation of the delivery date and time, which gave me peace of mind. The delivery cost was also very reasonable compared to other companies. I would definitely recommend this service and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
